The property was very clean, very nice, and the course view is amazing. the host are very nice and respond very quickly. only thing is that the listing said that there was a grill and either i could find it or there wasn’t one. either way it’s nothing major and i very much so enjoyed my stay!!!

A great way to go, our first time, we stopped in was sent a code for the door, then went and got groceries, what a great way to enjoy a vacation, and to save money.

We had a great stay! The property was very clean, quiet, and located in a great area. Everything was just as described, and we really enjoyed our time there. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be upgrading the bed for a more comfortable night’s sleep. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!

This condo was everything we hoped it'd be! The condo itself is so cozy and had everything my family of 4 needed, except some extra blankets but we had luckily packed some. The pull out couch is more suitable for just one person but they do provide a blow up mattress in the bedroom closet which came in handy. The entire condo seems to be recently updated, appliances included. The bed was comfy. The property is super quiet. We never heard any noise from any of the neighbors. The pool area is so nice, and they have a snack/tiki bar. We will definitely be back!

The condo was in great location value was good but the couch was hard not comfortable. But overall i would stay again. I wish it had a earlier check in say 3pm.

Overall we had an excellent stay however i didnt realize this is a garden unit when i made the reservation. The bedeoom could benefit from room darkening curtains because the is a light tight outside the window that stays on and gets brighter when motion is detected. Other than that this unit was very comfortable.

Wonderful Condo, Unfortunate Experience

The AC was broken upon our arrival Sunday afternoon. We notified the staff who sent a repairman quickly. The repairman was unable to fix the AC that night, so around 8:00PM the staff sent an employee with a portable AC unit. The portable AC was unable to cool the entire condo until well into the next day, and we had to place fans through the condo to pull air to the back rooms. When we woke up the next morning we discovered around 1/2" standing water from wall to wall beneath the sofa bed where the portable AC had leaked. We cleaned it up immediately to avoid ruining the floor and notified the staff. We also fixed the drain tube ourselves so the portable AC would no longer leak. We were told the main AC could still not be fixed that day. The portable AC was fine, but it was quite loud and we could not hear the TV even at high volume. The (very kind) repairman fixed the central AC Tuesday morning. We requested a refund from the condo and we were given one night's rate before the fees and taxes. We requested a second night's refund because the AC was broken for 2 full nights and we were denied.I want to emphasize that the Pointe Royale facility and the condo were fantastic. The condo was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very kind and courteous. Communication was fast and easy. The pools and gated security are amazing. Unfortunately, we were notably disappointed with the refusal of a second night's refund despite the main AC being broken 2 nights.

This place was great! A lot of room to move around and the golf course view is always great. The host was easy to communicate with. The only thing that could’ve been better was the main shower head working and the distance from the couch to the TV, I wish it was a little bit closer
