The main living area is as cozy as it is stylish. A playful ski-inspired theme meets vaulted ceilings and a large stone fireplace, inviting you to curl up after a long day on the slopes. The plush sectional offers ample room to relax, while a shuffleboard table and cocktail arcade machine add a bit of fun.

The living space flows seamlessly into the kitchen, where a high-top granite counter with dual-sided barstool seating awaits your group. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a hearty breakfast or a delicious dinner before your next adventure, with modern stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space.

Outside, the deck awaits with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill. Lush greenery of the surrounding mountains provides the perfect backdrop for a relaxing evening.

Slopeside Escape has been carefully curated for fun, and the kids are in for a treat in their very own Super Mario themed bunk room. It features rock climbing walls and a Smart TV for endless entertainment. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that the community registration form must be submitted 24 hours prior (before 4 pm a day before the arrival), or a $15 late fee will apply, which the guest will be responsible for.
- The property features a secure outdoor ski and snowboard storage unit, accommodating up to 10 pairs of skis or snowboards.
- This home is located in The Village at Camelback community. Registration of guests is required upon check-in. We will provide more details about this requirement once your reservation is confirmed.
- This home includes stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
