The Space:

When booked together, Great Escape I and Great Escape II provide separate and unique homes for you and your group to call home while providing plenty of space to enjoy your vacation together. Located in the Foothills Condominiums, guests of the community will enjoy access to indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, fitness room, and a clubhouse. What’s more, you’ll find yourself adjacent to the gorgeous Thousand Hills Golf Resort where you can work on your drive while surrounded by the lush and remarkable scenery of the Ozarks. From these homes you can get to just about anywhere in Branson in under 15 minutes. No matter if you choose to spend your days walking the bustling street of downtown shopping, dining, and enjoying the variety of live music, on the water or the shores of stunning Table Rock Lake, or chasing thrills at the Silver Dollar City amusement park, it’s all within you reach!



These lovely upper-level condos feature bright and fresh interiors, immaculately furnished and decorated to blend both comfort and design. Spacious kitchens can accommodate a crowd, showcasing updated appliances and cabinets stocked with all the cookware and dining ware you’d need should you decide to prepare delicious homecooked meals. Ample counter space can host meal prep and staging or serve as informal dining on the high-top barstool seating. More formal meals can be taken together at the elegant dining room tables, both offering seating for 6. At the end of long days spent exploring, the living rooms are inviting spaces for an immersive movie night while seated around the electric fireplaces on plush sofas or armchairs. Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with an oversized single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Great Escape II (Unit 20)

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with an oversized single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, TV, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with an oversized single vanity and walk-in shower.





THINGS TO NOTE:

• These are two separate units next to each other and are upper-level walk-up units with 16 steps to the front doors. No elevator available.

• Washer and dryer in unit.

• Lot parking available for 4 vehicles in total – first come, first served.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
