Welcome to your 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo located just minutes to many of Branson's attractions. This condo offers two comfortable living spaces and plenty of room for your family/friends to relax and unwind.

As enter the condo, you are presented with an open floor plan between the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, blender, toaster, and full-size appliances. In the living room, you can enjoy a 55-inch smart TV where you can stream your favorite TV services. On the main level, the master bedroom features a beautiful king bed with an attached bathroom that features a double sink and walk in shower. Continuing on the main level, the second bedroom features twin over full bunk beds and a 43-inch smart TV. The third bedroom has a comfy king bed and 43-inch smart TV. There is a hallway bathroom with a tub and shower combination.

As you head upstairs, there is a foosball table, gaming/poker table, futon, 55-inch smart TV, extra seating and games. This space was designed for kids/families/groups to enjoy and have their own space to hang out! The 4th bedroom upstairs features a king bed with 43-inch smart TV. There is a hallway bathroom with a tub and shower combination.

**Please note to enter the unit requires one flight of stairs. Once inside the unit, there are stairs required to go up into the loft.***


Other things to note:

-No smoking of any kind inside the house or on the patio.
**During busy season, parking can be harder to find. There is additional gravel parking by the pool and on the street**

This place was great and the host was very responsive. The home was beautiful, clean and we loved the touch of holiday decorations. Only issue was not enough spaces in the parking lot and people were parked on the grass and double parked in the lot.

Wonderful place to stay. Host was amazing to work with and easy going. We were 2 families hanging out in Branson for a long weekend and really enjoyed ourselves!

Perfect place for a family

Lots of room to spread out and fully furnished with anything you need. The property manager was always quick to reply and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Place was even better in person and comfy beds.

Wonderful place

The condo was in excellent condition. The game room was great for everyone to use at night. Quiet environment for sleeping. The pool area was always clean. Loved the fact it was away from Branson activity area but close enough for a quick drive.

Family trip to Branson

By far, the nicest place we have rented though Vrbo. The house was so wonderful. Location was great for our family Christmas in Branson. Owners were so responsive. If you are ever needing a place to stay, I’d highly recommend this place.

Great property and host!

We enjoyed Katie's place so much! Plenty of room for our family of 8. Kids loved the game room and we loved how convenient the location was to the "strip" but still felt like it was far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Well stocked for meals at home and just hanging out. We definitely recommend staying here when visiting Branson.

We loved the stay. It had 4 bedrooms for the three families that we brought to stay there. There were no quality issues regarding the stay. The game room was amazing and there was plenty of entertainment with the abundance of activities. It was an overall good place, I hope we can stay there again

Perfect all the way around

It is in the perfect location and allows for everyone to have their own space. We had 4 individual families all staying together and it made it nice for everyone to have their space but we could also be together!

Perfect weekend getaway-room for everyone!

We stayed at this beautiful 4 bedroom/3 bathroom condo in the Vineyards for our weekend getaway with friends and family. The condo was perfect in location, size, amenities, and set-up. Katie was quick to communicate and everything was in working order and very clean. We will choose this unit again for our future travels to the Branson area!

Ladies Weekend

The condo was clean and convenient to the strip in Branson. We had eight ladies ranging from the age of 18 to 65 and everyone was comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed our stay and will tell others about the condo and hopefully make a return visit. It was a wonderful experience.

Great location!! Close to everything!!

Great location, this home worked out great for our family of 9. They have some games there for familys to enjoy. Plenty of kitchen necessitys for cooking meals for your family. We did use the charcoal grill down by the pool while the kids were swimming. Great communication, fast at responding. Would definitely recommend. Thanks from our family.

Mini vacation

This was our annual mini vacation. We had 6 adults and 5 children. This condo, by far, met our needs better than any others we have had. It is beautifully decorated, easily accessible to everything, and had so much for everyone. We all loved the game room. There was plenty of room to spread out and not feel like you are on top of each other. With such a large group, we cooked a couple of meals in and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back!

Great location, beautiful property, fully stocked

Katie thought of everything! Property was beautiful, centrally located and had everything you could need. Only issue was parking - it was difficult if not impossible to find a spot in the evening, even though we were supposed to have two spaces. Something just to keep in mind. After a full day out, the last thing we wanted to worry about was trying to find a parking spot. We went in early December.

Absolutely loved our stay!!

My family and I loved our stay here. It is located in a nice and quiet area. It was only a short drive to Silver Dollar City, the 76 Strip, and Table Rock Lake. We had plenty of space for our group. It was very clean and exactly as pictured. There were plenty of games throughout for entertainment (Poker, Foosball, Checkers, Bingo, Tic-tac-toe). Also, sitting on the balcony was nice and peaceful. This is the perfect place whether you want to explore Branson or stay inside to hangout with family and friends. Katie was wonderful, providing us with all information needed in regard to our stay. We remained in contact with her throughout the entire process. She was very polite and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!
