The Space:

Inside, the lake-centric theme continues throughout the home, keeping you rooted in relaxation. Located just minutes from bustling downtown Branson and other main area attractions, this home truly has everything you need to enjoy the perfect vacation.



The open floor plan is both spacious enough for your group to spread out while also keeping you connected. The living room containing a large sofa, smart TV, and cozy fireplace doubles as the center of all the action, whether it be a movie night or a catching a game featuring your favorite sports team. The newly updated kitchen, renovated in May of 2023, allows for casual meals and conversation with optional counter-top stool seating for 4. If you’re in the mood to whip up a larger meal, the kitchen with its shiny black countertops and stainless-steel appliances comes fully equipped with everything you may need and more. When it’s time to enjoy that meal, take it at the dining room table with seating for 7, also the perfect location for a rowdy game of cards. All the while, the views from the balcony remain the focal point of the space, beckoning you to come back outside.



This home comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room:



- Bedroom #1 includes 2 bunk style beds featuring 1 queen and 3 twin mattresses, with available TV.

- Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and TV.

- Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, TV, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.

- The home also includes an additional full bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- This is a walk-in unit – no stairs required.

- Parking is available on a first come, first served basis with additional parking in the back.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

- Home is not pet friendly.

- Pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

- Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.



Additionally, you’ll be staying 15-20 minutes from some of the area’s top nature attractions including Table Rock Lake and the White River Balds Natural Preserve. The stunning Table Rock Lake is known for world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and its inviting family atmosphere. At the 362-acre nature preserve, enjoy rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes.
