No matter what you choose, the 2-bedroom condo of Branson Sweet Retreat in desirable Fall Creek is ready and waiting to serve as your host to it all.

This popular community is mere minutes from Table Rock Lake, placing you moments from all the water-themed activities your heart desires from fishing to paddling to sunset cruises along the winding waterways and so much more. Venturing north will have you embarking on an adrenaline-fueled adventure at Silver Dollar City, where thrilling rides, live demonstrations, and artisan crafts await. Downtown Branson and Branson Landing are a 15-minute drive away, jam-packed with a variety of dining, shopping, and attractions to suit anyone’s desires. If you’ve brought your golf clubs along, just wait until you see the variety of surrounding championship golf courses available beginning with Point Royale, right next door to the community.

Inside the home, soaring vaulted ceilings sit atop brightly lit spaces conducive to both relaxation and entertainment, perfect for connecting with loved ones during your well-earned downtime. Sink into plush leather sofa seating with recliners in the living room to stream that new movie you’ve been saving on the smart TV. This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with an oversized single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• This is a 2nd floor walk-up unit with 14 steps required.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 1 vehicle on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required and will be located in unit upon arrival.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera, located on the front door and actively monitoring the entrance.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.



Less than 6 minutes from Table Rock Lake, you’re within easy distance to world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and a generally inviting family atmosphere. You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.

This enviable location also puts you under 15 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.



HOUSE RULES:

• Check-In is 4:00pm and Checkout time is 10:00am.

• A late check-out may be available upon request, so please ask your Guest Services team for cost and availability prior to your checkout date. Failure to abide by this listed check-in and checkout times will result in a $50 fine for every 30-minute violation before or after the times provided. 

• This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping inside a unit is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs. 

• Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees. 

• Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by. 

• Parties or events of any kind are not allowed. 

• Do not move or rearrange the furniture. 

• Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants. 

• Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed. There is also no trailer, boat, rv, jet ski parking of any sort at the properties. 

• Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.

The condo/apartment was tuked behind garages, but I knew that from reading other reviews. It was clean and functional! We were only there for 2 nights. We did a quick couple-s weekend with friends of ours. Location was close enough to the strip but far enough to be quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

The unit was very clean and in a quiet area. The recliner seats in the living room were very comfortable especially after a long day walking around the hills of Branson. Would of given a 10 star review if it hadn’t been for the broken toilet seat that moved every time you sat down.

There was no lake view. The unit we stayed in wreaked of tobacco smoke! No light in the closet. Bathrooms were designed for very small people. The pictures were very misleading. I would not stay here again!

Our listing provides detailed and accurate information about the unit, including the distance to Table Rock Lake, available amenities, accessibility (walk-up, walk-down, or walk-in), nearby activities, and the number of beds and bathrooms, all accompanied by photos to help guests choose accommodations that best suit their needs. At no point does the listing state that the unit has a lake view, and you did not ask us about the size of the bathroom, nor did you ask us to provide recommendations. We understand that some guests may not read the full listing details, and we do our best to make the information as clear as possible for everyone. Regarding the closet, it depends which one is being referenced. Our housekeeping and maintenance closets have locks and their own light access, and guests should not enter these areas unless they have informed us in advance or are instructed to do so. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or near the premises. While we manage this unit, we do not oversee the neighboring ones, and it is possible that smoke may originate from another property. If this had been reported during your stay, we would have immediately sent a team member to assist and could also have contacted the HOA for support. We do wish we had been notified sooner so that we could have provided additional guidance or even offered relocation options if needed. Our communication channels are available 24/7, and we respond promptly to support our guests, as we did with other requests during your stay. It is disappointing that these concerns were shared publicly rather than continued through the communication channels we had already established, especially after we accommodated your request for complimentary early check-in and remained available through multiple platforms to assist. Thank you for your feedback. We will continue using it to improve and to ensure a positive and comfortable experience for all future guests. We hope you have a wonderful day.

The upstairs shower was slow to drain, and the stool was having problems, but we were able to use the plunger to fix without any further problems. Other than that, the place was clean, but smaller than anticipated.

The actual property was really nice but didn't realize it was an upstairs unit not a good reader of fine print I guess. The upstairs bed almost sits on the floor and mattress is very used and sinks in the middle. I knew there was an upstairs bedroom just wasn't aware of the stairs outside or garages blocking units, very hard to find.

The inside was nice. There was a gnat infestation so that was hard to deal with. We tried our best to kill them so we could eat and sleep. Branson is beautiful and the home itself was beautiful. The way the place was situated made it difficult to unload belongings because of the storage building blocking the entrance to the building. But the house was clean and decorated cute. I reach out to the host and she made us feel like we could not talk to her about anything so we didn’t even bother after arriving to try and communicate with her until leaving we just couldn’t get past the gnats they were everywhere. I think the owners would do better with different property management she wasn’t very welcoming other than that everything was wonderful in Branson. We had fun and will return but will never use this property management company again.

We confirmed that we promptly answered your inquiry about parking, but our communication records show no mention of a gnat infestation during your stay. Had we been notified during your stay, we could have taken immediate action to resolve the issue for you. We are disappointed we couldn't address this for you at the time. We have thoroughly inspected a few property and only found a few bugs.

This was a lovely property, and it suited most of our needs very well. It was EXTREMELY clean: I’ve stayed a lot of places, and this was genuinely one of the cleanest. I didn’t fear for my toddler playing on the ground or anything. There were some drawbacks: the kitchen is only okay. The pots and pans and such were fine, but there were (as far as we could find) no potholders or extra kitchen towels. It made actually cooking there a challenge. The upstairs bed was horrible and tilts to the head. We ended up having to sleep opposite with our feet at the headboard just to get any rest. The loft room is connected intimately to the rest of the home, so if you’ve got an early riser, they’ll disturb whoever is in the loft. Downstairs neighbor smoked a LOT (marijuana and cigarettes), which made the patio sort of unpleasant until they went back inside. There’s also no way to secure the front door other than the bolt lock on the handle. We ended up putting a chair underneath the door when we went to sleep. An interior lock would have been nice. To end on the positives: the property was extremely clean. The check in and check out process was extraordinarily simple and easy to understand. The location was easy to get to. Instructions were simple and easy to follow. The view off of the back porch was delightful: we watched the wildlife for several hours! It was also a very quiet area. I recommend this property for young families! We enjoyed it, minus the god awful bed.
