We enjoyed this property tremendously! Lots of space to spread out and sleep! Well appointed. Best part was not having to strip beds and clean before we left. Will definitely be back!

Great hosts! Great location!! We had a great time staying at Surfside with our group. The house easily housed everyone; one of the best stocked kitchens I've ever seen. Hosts were very responsive - even checked in during our stay. Can't beat the location - right on the beach!

Surfside Paradise was the perfect house for our family vacation. We had 12 people and all slept comfortably. There were plenty of seats at the very large kitchen table for everyone to play games together each night. The elevator was a plus for loading and unloading. Located right on the beach, we enjoyed sitting on the porch drinking coffee and watching the waves roll in. It was in a more quiet area and on weekdays we practically had the beach to ourselves. We were even able to catch several big speckled trout right from the beach. The hosts were very responsive to my questions. We will remember this house for next year!

I've rented a few houses since my husband's stroke. The inside elevator that goes to all floors is a huge plus. The roms are very accessible for a wheelchair.My family is growing and we had all ages of grandchildren and a great grand.. The upstairs gameroom was a nice morning hangout for coffee while others slept and was entertaining after a trip to the beach with the gameroom.We spent most of our time on the large 2nd floor deck (including a dance one night). The kitchen is the best stocked we have ever seen. Very comfortable home for basically three families. The extra fridge in the laundry room was very helpful as was the convenience of a store across the street for refill of ice and drinks. The owners are very easy to work with, answering any questions we had. The private walkover made it easy for us with a toddler and handicap grandparent. We would definitely rent this house again, everything needed for all ages.

Perfect beachfront location for multiple or larger families. Access to the beach was outstanding since we had young grandchildren who needed breaks from the beach. The outside SPA was a hit with the littles. Lots of seating on covered balcony made for some great family time when not on the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful house with everything you need and more!! We do Thanksgiving at Surfside every year and everyone said this is their favorite house! My grandkids loved the game room and our teens loved the hot tub! Excellent house for Thanksgiving - it has a very large dining room table which was awesome and has an extra fridge!! Our large family was very comfortable and the hosts were amazing and took great care of us!

We had the BEST stay at Surfside Paradise Beach House for our son’s 5th birthday! We had about 12 family members come out to and the house was absolutely perfect for having everyone together while still giving us plenty of space.One of the biggest things for us was the elevator. Having elderly grandparents with us can sometimes make beach houses difficult, and the elevator allowed them to be part of the entire weekend, which meant so much to us.The kids absolutely loved the bunk room, and the easy walk straight to the beach was amazing. We spent the day swimming, hunting for crabs and seashells, playing with beach toys, and skimboarding. The water was beautiful during our stay, and being able to walk right back to the house afterward made everything so easy with kids.The house itself had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for our big family, a huge table where everyone could gather, a well-stocked kitchen, game room, hot tub, and tons of things to keep everyone entertained.The owners were also incredibly responsive and accommodating. They even allowed us to get in a little early to put our son’s birthday cake inside while we spent the day at the beach, which was so appreciated.It ended up being exactly the kind of birthday weekend we wanted—lots of family, beach time, cousins together, and some really special memories. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it, especially for families or larger groups!

We had the time of our lives. The house, location and it's hosts deserve 10 stars. It's so beautiful inside and out. It was hands down the cleanest place we have ever stayed at. And the Britt family were very nice and helpful. They even reached out our first morning asking how our first night went. Our family are so thankful to the Britt family!

The Britt Family was super helpful during our stay. We really enjoyed the Surfside Beachfront Paradise and will return. The elevator had plenty of room for one of us parents to escort our son up the elevator in his wheelchair. The elevator travels to all three floors and each floor has restrooms and bedrooms that are wheelchair accessible. The sunsets were absolutely amazing. As a parent of a child with a disability this places ticked all the boxes. Luxury, beachfront access, elevator and wheelchair accessable. Huge thanks to the Britt Family for sharing such a gem with us! It's too bad I can't leave more stars on this review because I would for sure.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Surfside Beachfront Paradise. It’s located on a great part of the beach, which is very well-maintained. The kitchen layout is great with plenty of storage, enough equipment to make full meals for the family or just warm up a snack . We really enjoy having an extra refrigerator in the laundry room for drinks and just overflow. The appliances were great. The bedrooms are set up three up and two down with plenty of bathrooms to go around. The favorite part of the house for the grandsons if you ask them would be the game room. They spent many an hour there when not on the beach . So many options . the granddaughters enjoyed the teen room at the back.The elevator is a godsend. It makes the move in and the move out so much less taxing. We rented the golf cart and it was a lot of fun. It’s large and very nicely maintained. The grill was clean and worked great!There is a full supply of beach chairs to use on the beach and beach towels were Very helpful. the washer and dryer are great to help you keep up and have dry towels every day.The owner is very responsive checking in on you and if you have any issues, there is a Callout handyman fix things up for you quite quickly. Very smooth operation and enjoyable Stay for all 10 of us . Thank you for your hospitality.!!!!

This house is exactlly what you see and more. First the host is responsive and easy to contact. This house works well for an older person or disabled person. The elevator aas a life savor. The inside of the house has a beautiful kitchen very well stocked, great dinning table,great game room with tons of fun games if you need a beach break. Yes they suppy utcall. Beach towels included. The house was awesome for our group of nine and we really enjoyed the view from the porch. Four in our group cannot climb stairs which is the primary reason we rented the property. The elevator was finicky at times but we always got it going and it was an absolute lifesaver. The only other issue and it’s city wide that should be disclosed is the water. It smells horrible but there is a filtered faucet beside the main faucet on the kitchen sink and the refrigerator is filtered too. Access to the beach is easy using a golf cart or the private walkway.

Such a great house and location!! The owners are very responsive and have a great welcome letter website that explains all the features of the house and area. Check in was a breeze . Sent instructions and codes right on time with clear instructions on how it works. It is very clean and well equipped. The kitchen has all the tools you need to make complete meals to keep the crew happy. The appliances all worked!! Super big table to serve everyone and a great functional design for the kitchen .We loved the elevator! The kids were super excited with the games and game room. So much fun when you need a time out from the beach or a rain cloud rolls in.All the beds were comfortable. Linens ,towels and pillows very clean and quality. The overall design of the house handled our 10 people very well!The beach area is perfect and is well maintained area. We loved it all. We enjoyed the golf cart as an added bonus. So much thought and care put into every room and space for the visitors to have a great experience. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful beach home !! We will be back!

Had a fabulous stay at Beachfront Paradise! The bedroom setup was just perfect for us, our 3 married daughters and six grandkids. The elevator was a Godsend! I can’t think of anything that house didn’t have that we needed. All of the kitchen amenities saved us from having to bring a lot of stuff from home. The beach was steps away, and the fenced yard was perfect for our dog. We will definitely choose this home again! Thank you to the Britt family for your beautiful home!

It was a great stay of me and my family with lots of amenities. It's a fairly new property and well kept, and a great location, about midsection between public beach access. This means the beach traffic was low. Private decked walkway goes all the way from property to beach. Very unique is the elevator which was very helpful with getting our "stuff" upstairs :).
