This modern estate resides in the luxurious Corkscrew neighborhood less than a mile from downtown Breckenridge. Nearby shuttle access makes getting to and from the slopes and downtown a breeze. Oversized private hot tub, sprawling outdoor deck and patio areas with fire pit and elegant seating overlooking the mountains. A theater projector/surround sound, foosball, arcade machine, and even electric piano make for a variety of entertaining options. This home is a vacation in and of itself. Three king suites with private baths, a double queen bed suite, and a bunk area adjacent to the family room provide ample options for guest quarters.
Arrive to a private drive with three garage stalls afront this gorgeous mountain-modern estate. Full laundry right off the garage entry makes dropping the damp ski clothes simple. Main level, open concept living with formal dining for 8, gourmet kitchen, provide spacious yet cozy gathering for the whole group.
