Welcome to your Naples Park escape—just minutes from Vanderbilt Beach and the iconic Mercato district. This bright and breezy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of indoor comfort and outdoor luxury.

The Space
Inside, you’ll find a clean, coastal vibe with tile floors, a spacious living room, and a bonus Florida room that opens to the pool. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need for meals at home.

Conveniently located house with a beautiful pool

This home with pool is convenient to restaurants and venues. The beautiful beaches are nearby but not within walking distance, but drivable. The sunsets are amazing when sitting on the beach. We really enjoyed our time in Naples and will probably visit the area again.

I’ve stayed at multiple places in Vanderbilt Beach and fell in love with this one. The backyard is beautiful and the lanai and covered porch allows for a great extension of indoor outdoor space. The beds and bedding are comfortable with plenty of towels and linens. Salt water pool is such a plus. The owner has a green thumb and the plantings really elevate the whole experience. Great value for the money. Will book again and again.

Dream House in a Perfect Location

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this holiday home! The location was perfect, and the house itself had everything we could possibly need. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped (there was even a grill!), and the pool area was fantastic. What really impressed us were all the thoughtful extras – beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, and even a cooler, which made our days at the beach so much easier and more enjoyable. The communication with the host was excellent – very friendly, quick, and uncomplicated. They even went above and beyond to help us with a special request, which we truly appreciated. All in all, the house was simply amazing, and we felt completely happy and relaxed during our stay. We would love to come back and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect holiday home!
