Updated 2/2 with a king ensuite, and 1-set of full over full bunks for family fun. Fully stocked kitchen to accommodate your cooking experience, Free WiFi, Dish Network, assigned parking space, elevator/stairs, pool/beach access, and steps from the beautiful emerald coastline with sugary white beaches. Minutes from The Hangout, the best in coastal dining, local bands and nightlife, and flip flops across the street to the Beach House Kitchen and Bar.
The Space:
Sundial Shores is located in a low-tier property with three floors and 24 total units. This is a two-bedroom - two-bathroom condo with 1,000 sf of living space, including a private balcony for relaxing in the evening. This is a beachside view which means limited Gulf views, but you can see the water if you are exiting to the balcony from the primary bedroom. Sundial Shores has a fully stocked, remodeled kitchen with shaker cabinets and plenty of kitchen accessories to assist you with your culinary adventures. Please let us know if you require anything else and we are happy to consider the accommodation. The primary bedroom hosts a king size bed, flat screen television with connection to Dish Network, a private, updated ensuite including a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has one set of full over full bunks with the updated guest bath including a tub/shower combination, steps away.
There is a stackable washer/dryer inside the condo for your use. The condo has a dishwasher, convection oven stove, and refrigerator with a top freezer and ice maker.
The property has a beachfront pool with its own dedicated beach access from the parking area or directly at the end of the breezeway closest to the beachfront. There is a necessary code to gain access through the gate. This information will be provided in your Welcome Letter. For your convenience, and ease of access, there is a lengthy boardwalk straight to the beach.
Guest Access:
Our guests have access to the entire condo, with exception to the cabinets/closets that contain a lock. These are owner closets for owner use only. The remaining closets, cabinets are for the use by our guests.
Upon arrival, you will have one dedicated parking space in the parking garage located on the entry level as you enter the driveway. Please make sure you park in your dedicated space to avoid being towed. If you have two vehicles, please let the host know upon booking to acquire two parking passes. The additional vehicle will have parking either in the visitor area or in the gravel area located next to the privacy fence and accessible through the gravel driveway next to the main driveway entering Sundial.
Our guests have access to the pool and beach access through the locked gate at the end of the parking garage (beachside). There is a code to use this gate which is provided in the Welcome information you will receive upon confirming your booking.
