Welcome to Oak Creek Annie and High Rustler, a charming and versatile rental retreat sleeping 8- the perfect place to host your next getaway! Nestled in a serene location in Seaside, FL, this property features two distinct living spaces that can accommodate both couples and families, making it ideal for a variety of vacation needs. Ideally situated on Natchez Street, steps away from private beach access and across from the West End pool. Step into the first floor, which boasts a beautifully appointed queen bedroom, offering a serene space for rest and relaxation. This queen has custom built-in storage, a bay window, private TV, and an ensuite bath. The private bath features a single vanity with a tub/shower combination.
Venture to the second floor to discover the combined open floor living space plus a bonus sleeping loft. This living room area and bonus loft accommodate four more. (sleeping loft accessible via a ship's ladder) The living room has high ceilings and an open layout with a large flat-screen TV. Designed for both comfort and functionality, this space features a sleeper sofa in the living area, as well as the bonus loft up a ship's ladder with a full bed and a flatscreen TV. The living area has a full bath with a single vanity and a large shower to the right of the kitchen. The kitchen has been updated with all stainless-steel appliances and marble countertops, perfect for family meals. There is an open-air balcony off the kitchen with an outdoor bistro area for two, perfect for your morning coffee.
A final space awaits, the second bedroom up an exterior set of stairs off the front porch to a stylish studio room designed for simplicity and comfort, featuring private entry and a queen bed that promises restful nights, and an ensuite, full bathroom with a single vanity and shower, ensuring convenience and serenity. This space is on the upper level, serving up gulf and town views from the entry area, as well as a Juliette balcony.
* 5 night minimum Fall and Spring. 2 Night Min. Winter. Not available for rent during peak seasons of Spring Break and Summer. (only main home Natchez Compound 6BD is available) . Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.
