The main level features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, with a wall of windows showcasing stunning views of the lake, pool, and backyard. The living room offers a large, comfortable sectional, perfect for watching games on the mounted TV. Swivel chairs and a leather armchair provide additional seating options. Adjacent to the living room is a convenient office space for guests needing to work remotely. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing group meals, with a large island featuring a farmhouse sink and seating for four. A spacious side-by-side freezer and fridge easily store all your ingredients, snacks, and beverages. The dining area, complete with judges paneling and seating for eight, is just steps away.

The spa-like primary bath includes dual sinks, a glass-enclosed shower, marble floors, and a large soaking tub. Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. A Jack and Jill bathroom connects two king bedrooms, making it perfect for couples or families. The bunk room is sure to be a favorite with the kids, offering a large TV, fun bean bags, and sleeping for eight with two twin-over-queen beds and a separate queen bed.

Step outside to the backyard, where you’ll find a great outdoor living space with a TV, sofa, and two chairs. The highlight is the new rectangular saltwater pool with an attached spa, which is sure to be the hotspot of the trip. Guests can lounge by the pool or enjoy the views from the high-top tables. Your rented boat can easily dock at the new double-decker dock, and jet ski docks are also available for use. The large, fenced backyard is perfect for cornhole and Connect Four.

- This rental also offers two kayaks and two standing paddleboards.

Spices/Oils, Etc.: These items are not guaranteed. Sometimes, they are left behind and available, but they are cleaned out regularly.
- Fireplaces are not currently available for guest use.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $250 per day, per pool, but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Pool heat requires a 2-day minimum. Pool heat is available from October 1 – May 30.
- The pool and hot tub share the same heater. If the hot tub is turned on, pool heating will automatically pause. The hot tub operates on a 4-hour timer, after which pool heating will resume automatically.
- No events, group gatherings, or parties are allowed at any AvantStay property under any circumstances.
- Due to natural fluctuations, we’re unable to provide specific water depth information at any given time. The majority of docks in this area are generally suitable for most average-sized pontoons and ski boats. However, since boat drafts can vary, guests are encouraged to refer to Lake Norman nautical charts, GPS systems, and depth maps—and rely on their own knowledge of their vessel’s specifications—to ensure safe navigation.
