Set on over an acre of lush tropical landscaping, the property provides ample space for outdoor fun and sun-soaked lounging. Inside, the main floor boasts two king bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom for added privacy and convenience.

The third bedroom is tucked away in a cozy loft, complete with its own ensuite bath and accessed via a ship-style ladder. While it's a favorite for adventurous guests, we recommend it only for those comfortable with climbing.

The fully stocked kitchen features a large pass-through window that doubles as a bar—perfect for serving drinks and snacks to guests relaxing on the screened-in porch. Most guests choose to arrive by personal or rental boat, making the journey part of the adventure. Please note: Nigh Creek, where the home is nestled, accommodates vessels with up to a 3-foot draft at low tide.
