Welcome to your home away from home in St. Louis, nestled in the vibrant neighborhood of The Landing, just a stone's throw away from the iconic Gateway Arch. Whether you're planning a weekend getaway or an extended stay, we're dedicated to crafting comfortable experiences for our guests.

â Living Room: Unwind in the cozy seating area, equipped with a flat-screen TV for your entertainment

â Washer & Dryer in Unit: No need to worry about laundry â we've got you covered with an in-unit washer and dryer
â High-Speed WIFI: Stay connected with high-speed internet access throughout your stay
â Keyless Entry: Easily come and go with our convenient keyless entry system
â Gym Access: Maintain your fitness routine with complimentary access to a nearby gym.
â PARKING: This unit is located in a very pedestrian-friendly neighborhood. Therefore, street parking is not allowed. There are a few paid parking lots to choose from at various rates and restrictions on coming and going. We offer an all-access parking card to a secure lot at a rate of $50 per week (minimum $50). Long-Term Stays (over 28 nights): $300 cleaning fee and a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.
