Nous avons pris un bâtiment en brique classique du Guilded Age de Saint Louis, dans son quartier historique de Soulard, et l'avons rempli de tout le confort et la commodité d'aujourd'hui. dans le monde du voyage pressé, où des retards inévitables entrent en collision avec des échéances imminentes, ce lieu unique sera une surprise bienvenue.

Absolutely loved this loft! Great location, clean, cute place. Kelly was great and met us upon arrival to ensure we were welcomed & comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if I find myself back in St. Louis.

Exactly what we were looking for!

We enjoyed our three night stay. Such a cute and clean space inside and out! Soulard is a hidden gem. Easy walk or short drive to everything. Safe neighborhood. Easy check in and out. Owner very responsive. Highly recommended!

It was a very easy going stay thanks to Kelly. She made communication a breeze. The amenities provided were thoughtful and plentiful. The home was accurate to the listing and photos. Kelly met us initially to make sure we got into the unit ok, this was a nice touch. We’ve already decided we’d like to stay in one of Kelly’s homes again when we come back!

Great getaway spot

A friend and I booked this property for a four day getaway. We enjoyed the apartment and the surrounding neighborhood. Several restaurants and shops within walking distance. Short Uber/Lyft ride to the Arch and other attractions.

Quiet places located in a great community

Kelly was a great host and helpful during the checking process. Space is located in the beautiful Soulard neighborhood with plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely be back to stay!

Great location

We loved our stay at the loft! The listing was accurate, Kelly was great at communicating, and there were thoughtful amenities like snacks, water bottles, and toiletries. We were pretty disappointed the fire pit didn’t work, but Kelly was communicative on the issue. She also gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and attractions. The neighborhood is great, and we felt safe walking around.

Wonderful property

Impecably clean and well maintained property. Super fun neighborhood and many good eats around within walking distance. Owner Kelly, who is extremely nice and accomidating, lives on the property grounds which made me feel very safe as a single female. I will return to stay again.

Historical Fun Stay

This place was Perfect! Loved the location, Soulard neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants. Quiet at night. Short drives to most tourist places. Beds comfortable, water pressure in shower awesome, place had everything we needed. Kelly was very welcoming. Will be back!

Great time in Soulard

My daughter and I had a great time staying in Kelly's apartment for a week. We came in town for the Indy race. Kelly was an amazing host and went above and beyond expectations helping out. The area is safe and quiet and the bed was comfortable. The Budweiser bottling plant is 15 minute walk and Bush stadium is about 30. I highly recommend this place to anyone spending time near downtown.

THE Choice for St. Louis

This gorgeous loft apartment in the perfect Soulard location exceeded my every expectation. The owner lives on the property and recommended some very good restaurants, but there are so many nearby that you can't go wrong. The mattresses are firm and everything is top quality. You'll want for nothing. They even provided cookies!

Sweet Soulard Suite

I stayed at this property with my brother and a friend for a weekend getaway celebrating his engagement. The Soulard neighborhood was appealing to us and the location of this property was perfect for our needs. Street parking was very easy to access and there was zero traffic to speak of. We probably saw more Soulard residents driving around on golf carts than we did in actual motor vehicles! The neighborhood is easily walkable and we enjoyed several local restaurants and bars, which range in vibe from casual sit-down to full parties with DJs. On one day of the trip we walked all the way to and from Busch Stadium, about 1.7 miles one way. This is easily doable on sidewalks along a not-very-busy main road. I also walked from the property to the Mississippi Greenway Riverfront Trail trailhead at Chouteau (about 2 miles one way) before running to and around the Arch and back. Kelly was a great host. We texted to coordinate arrival given weather that changed our plans and she was more than accommodating. She also followed up with me after the stay, which was a nice touch. Maybe most surprising was that Kelly asked me when I thought we'd be leaving and was completely comfortable putting the ball in my court for check-out; that has to be rare on these sorts of apps. The property was very clean and neat. We had everything we needed and felt very secure. Both the day bed and the proper mattress were particularly comfortable. All around really terrific. You can't go wrong here.

We were down to visit family for Thanksgiving

My uncle lives in the neighborhood and we wanted a place close to be able to walk to his place, the farmers market, the grocery store, and all the restaurants we wanted to go to. This place fit all our needs plus it was very clean and had a very nice courtyard.
