Private Resort Style POOL AREA exclusively for our guests at our two villas, solar-powered in a quiet community, new furniture & appliances, A/C, washer/dryer, just 4 blocks from Luquillo Beach & Kiosks! Local tour option less than 10 miles away like the rainforest or just a boat tour to the Island of Icacos. Jet Ski, Sailing, Fish, Horseback riding and ATVs are other options as well. Sleeps 16.

The Space:
Whether your group is 6 or 16 people, you'll love this spacious Villa conveniently located just 40 minutes from Luis Munoz Airport, 5 minutes from Palmer - the gateway to El Yunque National Rainforest- 20 minutes from the Ceiba Ferry to Vieques and Culebra and just a four-block walk to Luquillo Beach and Kiosks. This one of a kind Villa contains 3 private living spaces that will either remain empty or will be all yours depending on how many guests you have. We have a 2 bedroom Villa, a 4 bedroom villa, and a separate 1 bedroom apartment. This includes: 4 Kitchens (1 outdoors), 3 dining areas, 2 living areas, air-conditioning, Solar Power, backup water and power systems, a private garage and off-street parking, exterior security cameras & large POOL!!! The pool is for the exclusive use of our guests, including any at our sister Villa. We will gladly arrange for you to use the pool privately on an alternating basis with the other Villa guests if desired. For your convenience, 24/7 maintenance available for emergencies during your stay to ensure all guest needs are met!

Guest Access:
You will have access to our exclusive pool area, located just steps behind your Villa, which includes Spanish-style gazebo, mens & womens bathrooms, outdoor showers and plenty of sunbathing space. Your Villa includes your own private 2nd level margarita patio and washer/dryer. No one else will be staying at the Villa with you during your rental. Beautiful back yard to relax and do yoga.

The Neighborhood:
Enjoy this quaint local neighborhood to completely submerge yourself in the Puerto Riqueño experience, while staying at our beautiful villa. Your beautiful villa stay consists of a resort-like pool, gazebo, bathroom/shower facilities, 2nd-floor margarita patio, and all the Palm Trees that you dream about.

Only a few minutes from the beach and Luquillo Kioskos (walking or by car), you are centrally located in eastern PR - San Juan and the airport, Carolina, Rio Grande, El Yunque, Fajardo (largest marina in the Caribbean), Ceiba (ferry to Vieques and Culebra islands), Caguas and the "Pork Trail."

Getting Around:
Transportation to and from villa does require a rental car (Uber and Taxi are not reliable once you arrive). We are walking distance to the beach and kiosks (~5-10 minutes).

The Villa is located in Fortuna Luquillo, approx. 38 km east of the San Juan Luis Munoz Airport. Agape' Anchor Villas is pinned on Googl Maps for GPS. Look for the yellow and orange Agape' Anchor Villas signs once in the neighborhood to direct you the rest of the way.
