Good location, close to University of Rochester and local restaurants on Mt Hope St. Pretty neighborhood with shade trees. 3 Bedrooms upstairs and laundry in the basement. Easy check in and check out with the combination lockbox. Our group made the easy walk to the University of Rochester campus.
Beautiful home, super clean, easy check in and out procedures, convenient location to Univ of Rochester and hospital. Seems the house is newly renovated with central air conditioning - well furnished with thoughtful amenities such as soaps and shampoo, cleaning supplies and some cooking staples. Fenced in back yard with small deck which was nice to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon tea. Cheryl was great with communication and a wonderful host. Would definitely stay here again.
Fabulous location if you need to be near the University of Rochester or near their hospital system. Cute three bedroom. A little short on sitting and dining space if you have more than four people. The beds are a little firm for my taste but I still slept so it must have been okay. It looks newly renovated. Overall nice place. I would definitely stay here again.
We stayed here for a couple nights because our job site was too far to commute. The place was perfect for what we needed. Very clean, super easy check in and check out, overall a really nice house. Thank you!
This house was perfect for our long weekend in the Rochester area. We had 4 people with rooms for everyone (1 couple) and plenty of bathrooms for getting ready together in the mornings. Cheryl was an outstanding host who checked in to make sure things were going well for us and was super responsive. The house had nice amenities like sensitive body wash, shampoo if you needed it, spices, cleaning supplies, some ground coffee if you forgot yours...everything we needed. We loved the dishes and wine glasses (We had a girls wine night after a long day) and used the back deck to sip and enjoy a rare day of sun. We were able to adjust the central air easily when we arrived which was nice. (My husband is a cold sleeper) And it works very quickly if you ahit the bedroom doors upstairs. There was so much space for us, everyone was raving about the house. It was absolutely better than trying to book a hotel for this price. Im planning on staying here next year again. 10/10
Our family of 4 chose to stay here for 2 nights while visiting the University of Rochester, instead of crammed in a small hotel room. We were so happy with this choice! The home is spacious, conveniently located and had everything we needed to be comfortable for the weekend. Cheryl was great about communicating as well!
