Marriott's Ko Olina Beach Club Resort 2-br Ocean View Dec 20 - 27 2025, 7 nights

Large 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ocean view timeshare unit in one of the nicest resorts in Hawaii, the Marriott’s Ko Olina Beach Club. The unit has all the amenities expected in a 1st class resort. There is shopping nearby (Costco, Target, Walmart, Safeway, etc.) if you want to cook yourself or excellent restaurants if you prefer to eat out. Several pools, fitness centers, activity centers, beaches and bar-b-ques offer plenty of activities for everyone.

Located on a lagoon, Marriott's Ko Olina Beach Club offers a secluded hideaway within a beautifully landscaped, gated community, yet is just half an hour from the excitement of Honolulu.

The villa has two king beds and two queen sofa-beds, so there is sleep space for at least eight; and many listings advertise that it sleeps eight. However, the dining table has six chairs, tableware is provided for six, and Marriott states that this room is for six. We have stayed in this type of room with seven (four adults and three children) and Marriott did not object, but during peak periods Marriott may enforce this policy to prevent a maximum occupancy violation of their zoned fire code. Exceed six occupants at your own risk.

This unit can sleep up to six people comfortably. The primary bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, TV, a private bath tub, and an ensuite bathroom / shower. This luxurious bathroom consists of an oversized soaking tub and a walk-in shower and two vanities. The guest bedroom also comes with a king size bed, a sitting area that converts to a queen sleeper sofa, TV, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom has a combination tub and shower with a single vanity. Between the bedrooms are the living and dining areas. The living room has another queen sleeper sofa, large floor to ceiling windows, a fully furnished balcony, and a large TV. The dining area comes with a table for six to eat at comfortably. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a homemade meal. It comes with a full size refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, glassware, and utensils. Off the side of the kitchen is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

This property has everything you need for a tropical vacation. There are two lagoon style family pools with jacuzzies. One has a water slide and grotto area. The other has a splash-pad area. There is a reflection pool where you can enjoy some quiet time in the sun as well. Or you can walk out to the sandy ocean beach and lagoon with clear, blue waters. After that you can enjoy some time at the private “Spa by the Sea”.

The resort offers daily activities such as water aerobics, yoga, crafts, hula, ukulele classes, billiards, table tennis and more. There is also a Kids Activity Center where children can participate in various activities and crafts. And of course, outdoor activities such as kayaking, hiking, sailing, snorkeling, and scuba diving are available nearby. There are also two on-site restaurants as well as an authentic Fia Fia Polynesian dinner show on Tuesdays. The Marketplace convenience store is located under the main lobby. It has a variety of groceries, snacks, clothing and souvenirs at prices you would expect from a hotel property store. They also have hot food like pizza and paninis. There are several nearby off-site dining options, with a wide variety of menu choices at all price points.

Off the property, you can find exciting tourist attractions like Ko Olina helicopters tours, luaus, and shopping, all not far from the property. Come enjoy your next relaxing vacation in Oahu!

Upon your reservation, I will provide a Welcome Guide (PDF) based upon our personal experiences visiting this property. It includes maps of the resort and the surrounding area, as well as shopping, dining, and activity options and recommendations. I am happy to answer any questions regarding the resort or places of interest on the island.

About 30 days before arrival, I will ask you for the full name and address of the person who will be checking-in first. I will also ask an email address for the purpose of receiving your resort issued confirmation. Please note, other confirmations will not be accepted at check-in.

Upon arrival, please go to the front desk in the Kona (main) building. An ID matching the previously provided name and address, and credit card are required. Your credit card will be authorized for a refundable security deposit.
The specific villa is assigned at check-in, pictures are representative of unit, décor, layout and room view may vary. The “villa class” for this listing is “2br ocean view”.

We should plan to make a “villa location request”, about 30 days prior to arrival. Although it is not usually possible to make a change of villa class (Ocean View vs Mountain View), we can request things like a specific building, high floor, close to the elevator, etc. Location requests are considered, but not guaranteed. Because I have Chairman’s Club status and this resort is a “Home Resort” to me within Marriott’s system, we will have a very high priority with these types of requests. The “Home Resort” status is also why we get free self-parking for the first car.

Other things to note:

There is a locally-administered per night charge applied by the county and collected by Marriott. It is currently about $30/night, but is subject to change by the state or county.

Cabanas (covered beach chairs) and Umbrellas are available for rental by reservation. These reservations are accepted 24 hours in advance

Cashless Resort - The only acceptable form of payment is a credit/debit card.

By renting, you agree to abide by all resort policies and ensure that all occupants understand and comply with the resort policies including but not limited to maximum occupancy, pet policy, smoking policies, noise and nuisance policies, and check-in and check-out policies.
Any failure by you or your occupants to comply with any of the terms of house rules or resort policies may result in a forfeiture of your rights to rent the Rental Unit, up to and including immediate eviction from the Rental Unit without refund.

Please note, we do not accept liability for any inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to temporary defects or outage of utilities, closures of resort amenities, or limitation of any other service.

On-site self-parking: First vehicle is free. Second vehicle is 45 USD daily. Valet parking: 45 USD daily. Contact the resort for more than two vehicles. Outdoor parking lot and attached parking garage with height clearance of 6 feet 10 inches.
