This is a fantastic alternative to a hotel if visiting Atlanta. The property is great with lots of extra perks like a pool table and arcade games. The views are amazing and the unit has everything you need for your stay. The check in process has a couple of more steps than other VRBO’s I have rented, but the host is extremely responsive and helpful. I would definitely rent this one again and highly recommend it.

This place was everything that it looked like in the pics. The views were amazing and the scenery was live, but peaceful after hours. The amenities were nice, as well as the video game consoles being nice extras along with the love of the balconies. In addition, the location felt lit and safe and the building very secure. Keith was an amazing host and the accommodations and communication was top tier. He went above and beyond and by far is one of the best hosts I’ve encountered. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose this place again. Thanks for the great experience.

Easy to communicate with the host, beautiful place, great location, pool is beautiful (but cold in March!). No hot tub, but fabulous amenities otherwise. Would stay again.

The apt was just as posted. Communication was very good. Its a great area to be able to walk to restaurants and shops and close to downtown and sports venues. Only thing lacking was conditioner for my hair. Body soap was almost gone and there wasnt any in the 2nd bathroom.

Location was good. The view from the apartment was great! Check-in was not as smooth as it could have been. Basics like shampoo, paper towel, dish soap, etc… not provided. It was stated a hot tub was on property grounds, but there wasn’t one. Pool area is awesome! Just make sure you have wristbands. The people working at the front desk are friendly and very helpful. It would have been helpful to have information about the layout of the apartment building and where things are located.

Regarding check-in and navigating the property, detailed instructions were provided prior to arrival, including information intended to make the check-in process easier. Unfortunately, some of those instructions were not read or followed, which contributed to some of the confusion experienced during check-in and while locating areas of the building. I also want to note that I remained accessible throughout the stay and responded each time you reached out with a question or needed assistance. I always make every effort to help guests as quickly as possible and ensure they have the information needed for a comfortable stay. I appreciate the comments regarding the household essentials and property information, and I will take those suggestions into consideration for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us and for highlighting the great location, views, and pool area

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire trip. Any questions or concerns we had were handled quickly and professionally, and he made the extension process for an extra night smooth and stress-free despite the extra steps involved. He was also very understanding and accommodating regarding the garage entry tag situation, which we truly appreciated.The place itself was very clean, comfortable, and had such a beautiful view. The location was also perfect — quick and convenient commute to most places we wanted to visit. Overall, this was one of the best Vrbo experiences we’ve had, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The property was awesome, and if you have a decent amount of stuff, bring a cart. The parking deck is on the opposite end of the building and it is a long walk to the unit. Multiple trips can get arduous.

Overall very great experience, view was breath taking , the home was clean , house cleaner and owner of this property was very nice. The owner was on call answered every time I reached out even at 4am lol he was very understanding and kind I would recommend this property to anyone it’s the best vacational home I’ve ever rented 10/10 highly recommended would definitely purchase again.

Our stay was fantastic, and the host upgraded us to a larger unit and let us extend our checkout time. The condo was stylish and clean upon arrival and the check in and check process was very easy. Would definitely recommend if you are staying in Atlanta!

Apartment war leider nicht gereinigt und musste nachgearbeitet werden. Schlafzimmer rochen nach Rauch. Im Kühlschrank waren noch Essensreste. Die Anlage selbst war in Ordnung. Umgebung war extrem laut am Wochenende

Dies entspricht keinesfalls unserem üblichen Standard, und wir haben die Angelegenheit zusätzlich mit unserem Reinigungsteam besprochen, damit so etwas nicht wieder vorkommt.
