The property is amazing nice view very clean the only thing the check in process is a little complicated but once you get pass that everything is lovely and very secured

We enjoyed our stay at your beautiful place. Check-in was easy and as described. Parking was secure, place was nice and clean. No issues. Quiet place to stay, didn’t have any issues or worries. Enjoyed our stay and would rent again!

Girls and kids weekend

We had a great time in Atlanta! Two families with moms and three kids comfortably shared this space. Building was clean, safe and secure. Unit was great- clean, great view, quiet enough. Pool was enjoyed by kids! Check in and communication was a little overwhelming, but appreciated the thoroughness when we had questions. Would happily return!

Good property in excellent location

Overall a pretty good property in a great location. Pros: Great location, clean, parking, security. Property manager at Suite Connect is excellent. Cons: Walls of the condo are paper thin. Definitely loud at night. Emails about check in and check out need to be consolidated. Just a bombardmenf of emails.

Beautiful Property, but horrible communication!!!

The property was absolutely beautiful, from the spectacular views to the decor. However, the check in process needs to be improved. Better communication on the check-in process is needed. We were not told after a certain time was not possible. Luckily, VRBO provided accommodations for the night!!

We fully disclosed that our standard check-in hours are between 4 pm and 11 pm. We have been in touch with you since the day before to ensure a smooth check-in process, and you mentioned your companion's arrival at 4 pm. However, we regret any inconvenience caused by the late arrival after 1 am, as our concierge service is unavailable during those hours as stated in our check-in instructions. It would have been helpful for us to know about the late arrival in advance, as we strive to provide assistance and make accommodations whenever possible. We value your feedback and will use it to improve our service.

Great Location and Nice place!

We enjoyed the location and the pool access. Everyone was polite and nice. Room was clean. You could smell smoking from other rooms but not in this room. Porch access and window views were amazing. Check in process wasn’t hard. Go to third floor of deck and check in. Only thing is a I double paid for parking and they would not help me at the desk. Should have only cost me $42 and it ended up costing me an additional $83. That was not communicated well at desk.

The building's Concierge manages parking separately for the entire property to ensure all parking inside the community garage are in compliance with the parking guidelines. We're sorry to hear about the miscommunication at the desk that led to the double payment. Unfortunately, we weren't made aware of the issue during your stay, but please know that we're always available to assist with any concerns.
