This condo was absolutely the perfect place for our girls getaway trip! It is beautifully decorated and has the most perfect view of the ocean! The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs and boogie boards. It would be a great place for a couple of families as well. Wayne, our host, was so easy to communicate with and was prompt to answer when we had questions. Just overall, an amazing experience! We will definitely be back!

Beautifully decorated, Clean, and quick communication

We had a wonderful stay at the Majestic Cottage at Edgewater! The unit was clean, spacious, and we loved how it was decorated! The view from the balcony was wonderful ! The kitchen table was a great size! My family hosted dinner one evening and had enough seating for everyone! My family and I had a wonderful stay and would love to visit again! All questions were answered thoroughly and quickly!

We are so glad we found this place! The perfect location within Edgewater and you can’t beat the beach view!! Everything was just as shown in pictures - very clean and spacious. We will return for sure. Thank you for the great stay!

This is a wonderful, beachy, condo! The decor is beautiful and it was very clean. The view of the ocean is Amazing. Highly recommend a stay at Majestic Cottage!

Great stay in PCB

We had a great time at PCB in the Magestic Edgewater condo. The beachfront location, heated pool outside tower 2, and family-friendly environment made our trip a memorable one.

This condo was just as described. It was absolutely beautiful and the amenities were amazing. Easy access to the beach, tower pool, lagoon pool, and many shops are walkable. The host was very responsive and communicative. The condo was clean. spacious, and had very comfortable beds. We usually don’t sleep very well on vacation because the beds are never as comfortable as home. These were pretty close! The restaurant on property had pretty good food; we had breakfast, apps, and the non seafood lovers had dinner there one night.

Wayne is wonderful to work with, and the condo is one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in! It’s beautiful and comfortable and our family had a terrific stay! We’re already looking at dates to return!

Awesome property, great location

This place was everything we needed for our family getaway. We stayed here for the Ironman 70.3 which was at the property, so the perfect location. The beach and pool were great, and we enjoyed some of the restaurants close by. The property owner was very responsive and helpful both before our arrival and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay in Panama City Beach! The condo was very clean, and the recent remodel made it feel fresh and updated. The host was wonderful and even let us know the room was ready early, which we really appreciated. The pools and hot tub were really nice and a great place to relax.The only downside was that one of the elevators was out of service, so there were times we had to wait a bit or take the stairs. Overall, though, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

We stay at Edgewater to attend the gymnastics sea turtle meet every other year. This has been by far the best one. A great price, I loved the bedroom view and they responded to any needs we had, the rooms were clean, and I like that they have the soaps and everything you need for your stay. I would recommend this to anyone who is wanting to visit here. The kids especially loved the body boards and sand kit. Thank you for a great time.

Perfect getaway from Oklahoma

We loved our stay. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. We were able to communicate with the property manager easily when needed and he was quick to respond. Our boys especially loved the bunk room. Great host and beautiful condo!

Best place to stay in PCB

We stay at Edgewater anytime we visit. This owner was fantastic to deal with - communication was excellent! Plenty of room in the unit and had all the things you could need (pots/pans, dishes, etc...). Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We loved Edgewater!!! The condo was super nice and clean. We never had to wait on elevators. The property was awesome and the kids never got bored. We had so much fun and will definitely be back next year!

Family vacation

Our stay was wonderful. Very clean, comfortable beds, and plenty of amenities. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We were vacationing with two other families who had different units at Edgewater, and they both commented on how nice ours was compared to theirs. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we visit PCB!
