Exceptional property meeting all needsFor a 3 week stay. Very comfortable- easy to book for a central location.great communication with hosts. Will definitely keep on our list to return. Thx again!
My family and I stayed here for a month. The beds are all really comfortable. Bathrooms are great and kitchen is well equipped. Quiet safe neighborhood, with two grocery stores and several great restaurants near by. The basement was my favorite part. The office and half bath made working remotely stress free. Only two concerns: first there are 8-10 stairs to the three bedrooms which are not pictured or mentioned in the listing. Not a big deal for my family but might be for someone else. Also, there are cameras outside for safety, However the owners did contact me when they saw patio furniture out in the back yard. They asked me to move all the chairs back in the garage after every use, which is not mentioned in the house rule book. Iâve rented dozens of vacation rentals and I have never had a host contact me about something they saw on the camera. It was invasive and we did not utilize the back yard or front porch much after that. We ended up buying cheap camping chairs from Walmart that we could leave out so we had a place to sit when we let our doggies outside to go to the bathroom. Overall the home is peaceful and was a great space for working and exploring. I think one the listing is updated and the house rules are updated there wonât be any issues for future guests.
Visiting Erie, CO for family photoâs, and needed a place for a few days. Did not want to be penned up in a hotel room so we checked out what VRBO had to offer. We found this little gem and it did was just what we were looking for. Close to everything we needed, easy to find, nice little neighborhood, fully equipped, and plenty of space. Nice linens, kitchen fully equipped, and very nice front porch to sit out at night and enjoy the cool night air. Only crimp in the armor would be the fact that it was the night of the CO vs KS State game, when we realized the house only had one TV. Great for the guys, a little set back for the gals and kids, so we did crafts and card games; but, if you are a TV buff, (which we are not) this could cause a bit of an issue. Other than that I give it all 5 starts and could come back in a minute if we find ourselves in this area again.
