New Home theater set up in the living room featuring an 86" LCD TV, custom (in wall) speakers with Sub woofer. Master boasts a 65" TV and there is an exterior TV mounted in the pool Patio area.

Our home is in a highly desired community with meticulous landscaping and great location. The community has 24 hour video surveillance in multiple places on every street.

We are right off US-27 and about 5 minutes from I-4 and I-192 making it easy to travel to all of your favorite attractions.

Our beautiful and modern home was recently updated top to bottom including paint, hardwood floors, kitchen cabinets, quarts counter tops, a custom island, and new stainless appliances. New faucets and lighting were installed in all three bathrooms along with European body wash panels and rainfall shower heads. Both masters have new mattresses with memory foam and TV's with On-Suite bathrooms.

We have a beautiful pool with attached Jacuzzi that is inside a screened patio and overlooks the wooded area and is completely private. We offer pool heat for an additional charge which will also turn the Jacuzzi into a hot tub. Heating the hot tub also heats the pool because it waterfalls into the pool.

The garage is set up as a nice little game room with Pool Table, Air hockey, and a TV and there is a large picnicking area with playground close by to keep the kids occupied.

We offer free WIFI and have onsite washer and dryer.

Great family getaway

This property was just like the pictures and the property manager very welcoming and helpful when needed. Location was about 20-25 from Disney and about 45-50 minutes from Universal (depending on traffic). Pool, TV's and game room were all a plus. Will definitely book again and recommend to others.

Great stay - 5 stars

Bill was always very easy to reach via text and was on tops of things. Beds were comfy and new, you can adjust the thermostat yourself and temp of house were comfortable. There are also ceiling fans in the bedroom which was nice. Pool heat temp is set remotely but we found it to be plenty warm and the pool got lots of sun as well. Houses are somewhat close together but the shrubs provided good privacy and it was quiet so we were happy. None of the rear neighbors are closeby. Spa heat is controlled by the guests and can be turned on as often as you like until 10pm or so (the heater is not on overnight). The kids liked having a Pokestop that you can spin from the house. The house was very clean and no bugs or pests. The Pool guys were there every couple days keeping the pool skimmed and clean. The neighborhood seemed very safe and quiet hours are at 9pm. There are security cameras on the street and all around the house so we felt very safe. Digital keypad to lock and unlock front door which was convenient. Bill was gracious to let us know we could check in a little early since the house was ready. Showers were nice and hot, had digital temperature control. The kids loved the huge smart TVs. We all had a great family vacation and would definitely stay there again. 5 stars!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very clean and welcoming home. The house was well maintained and offered everything we needed for our month away. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The pool and spa were amazing. The survey is close to shopping, golf courses and Disney. I would definitely come back to this property

Awesome Rental

House was exactly as pictured. Communication with host was excellent both before and during stay. Everything was ready for us when we arrived. Pool and hot tub were amazing! Kitchen was nicely appointed with pots/pans utensils, bowls, various cooking items. This is usually not the case with rentals and it was much appreciated. Nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommend!!

Lovely Villa in Four Corners

Villa is exactly as advertised and I had excellent communication with the owner. Convenient location and restaurants, bars and supermarkets are a short drive away. Close to the I4 and 192 so you’ll never be shorts of various attractions, shopping and eateries. I would definitely recommend and if I stayed in the area again, this villa would be top of my list.

Amazing house for couples or families with older teens

We had an amazing time staying at this house! Our family has 2 older teens and they loved the rooms with larger beds and TVs. My older son also loved having the en suite bathroom. Both en suite bathrooms had very cool shower fixtures allowing you to customize the number of nozzles and temperature, also with a rainfall shower option. The kitchen is gorgeous, and the whole house was beautiful. We've rented in the Orlando area many times and this was by far the cleanest house we've stayed in. The pool was great and had a nice private feel, with beautiful sunsets and a great dining table on the patio, also with a TV and fan. We really enjoyed being outside using the patio and pool, even with the August heat. We loved staying here and had a wonderful time!

Great property. Clean and comfortable home with a nice layout. Loved the pool and hot tub. Awesome entertainment with the large TVs and sound system in main room. Spacious enough to comfortably sleep our family of 6. Bill was very responsive and a great host. This was our 3rd consecutive year with a ~10 day trip to Davenport over spring break, and this property is our favorite so far. Highly recommend!

The place was clean by and in a great location ( 45 minutes away from Legoland and 30 minutes away from Disney). Check in process was perfect, Bill was great and all information were provided early. Thank you for your hospitality and we will be back again!

Convenient Location to Orlando

This is a great area to stay at being close to Orlando. Very clean home and roomy. The neighborhood is quite and the people are very friendly. The home owners are very nice, accommodating and quick to respond when needed.
