Welcome to our modern-historic 2-bedroom Victorian Apartment in the heart of Saratoga Springs! Winner of prestigious Saratoga Preservation Foundation Restoration Award. This recently renovated space is perfect for families with children age 10 and up, those traveling for work, or anyone visiting the famous Saratoga Race Course.

The master bedroom features a comfortable hybrid queen bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed, with a twin on top and a full on the bottom, also with hybrid mattresses, making it ideal for kids or friends, sleeping 5 in total. The full bathroom is stocked with all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

Located within walking distance to the Saratoga Race Course, you'll have easy access to all the excitement and energy of race day. Additionally, the home is just minutes away from downtown Saratoga and Broadway, where you can explore local shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. Plus, the Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) is close by, making it convenient to catch a concert or performance during your stay.

The home is equipped with central air, high-speed WiFi, keyless entry, and a 55 inch smart TV in the spacious living room with FREE cable using the Spectrum App. The fully stocked kitchen includes a Combo Coffee Maker for a full pot, single cup or Keurig-style K Cups, perfect for brewing your morning coffee before heading out to explore the town.

Loved it for our short stay in Saratoga. Perfect place while attending the race meet. Very convenient to the track and other entertainment. Easy check-in/check-out and parking and host was responsive on a request to do a early check in.

We had a great weekend. The property looks newly renovated. It's small but very nice. It was on a beautiful street, and we walked everywhere. Communication was great, and check-in/check-out was easy. I would definitely recommend.

Lovely weekend stay in Saratoga!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our weekend stay at the Grand Mare Vanderbilt. The apartment was clean and well appointed. Owners are great communicators! Check-in and out instructions were clear and easy. The building is located on a lovely tree lined street and an easy walk to and from downtown Saratoga.

Tim was very responsive. My friend and I stayed in Saratoga for 2 nights/3 days. The apartment was nicely updated and very clean. It's on a quaint street, and the surrounding homes are lovely and picturesque. The location is ideal... far enough away from the traffic and tourism area, but close enough to walk to everything you want in the village. We loved the back porch with the outdoor sofa setting & the small indoor sitting area off the main bedroom. We used both spaces and enjoyed them. I would certainly recommend this location.My recommendations/observations: 1. The 2nd bedroom with the bunk beds: a. Quite dark (even with the lamp on, blinds open & curtain pulled all the way back). The single floor lamp does not do a very good job of lighting the room up. It would benefit from more functional and welcoming lighting. b. It could use a small side table for the bed (somewhere to put a glass of water at night or your phone), and a small compact dresser to put some of your things on top of. (We used the ironing board as a makeshift dresser/table of sorts).2. With the colder days, it would be helpful to have additional blankets for warmth (We each had some blankets in our cars and brought them up to use.)

We appreciate the suggestions for the additional furnishings, but the room was exactly as depicted in the photographs. We will add blankets to the unit per your suggestion, but want to point out that this space is equipped with mini-splits for heating and can be set on any temperature without any restrictions. I would ask when you return to please make any requests you have know to us during your stay. There were blankets on site that we could have provided.
