This is the Westgate timeshare Painted Mountain Golf Villas Condominium. Weekly rental is required and the availability is dependent on the resort's availability. We are timeshare owners. As timeshare owners, resort owner reservation only allows Fri/Sat/Mon check-in. Extra nights may be available for rental at owner's discounted rate or at public rental market rate.

Pet Policy: A $100.00 pet deposit is required at time of check-in. If there is no damage upon checkout, the deposit will be returned. A separate $170 nonrefundable cleaning fee is required at check-in. One (1) dog or one (1) cat is allowed per unit and must not exceed sixty (60) pounds.
