Your Space:

When you enter the home, you will be immediately greeted with the kitchen and laundry room to your left. Continuing straight ahead, you will find a dining table with enough space for six to eat comfortably and the living room beyond that.

In front of the kitchen, you will find a hallway that will lead straight to the master bedroom and two other bedrooms.

The Master Bedroom comes with:

-Walk in closet

The two bedrooms come with:
-6 drawer dressers
-Queen size beds
-Double door closets

The Kitchen comes fully stocked with:

***NOTE***
There are two maid closets, both locked and labeled. One immediately to the right of the front door upon entry to the home and another in the hallway. They are both locked and are off limits to guests.

Guest Access

Guests are allowed access to the entire unit and to the pool area between the months of May 1 and August 31. Any guest access to the pool outside of these dates is prohibited and guests may be faced with a fine for violating community rules.

Other things to note

Potential for noise – your stay includes a white noise machine to drown out the noise of potential pedestrians, planes, children, and pets that may be outside of the unit. Please note, because your stay is in an apartment building, there is a chance of noise coming from upstairs and next door neighbors. The white noise machines are there to assist with this and prevent any disturbances. However, Sunflower Stays and your hosts are not responsible for noises made by upstairs and next-door neighbors.

Gated community – this is a gated community with a lobby that is only accessible by code and gate key. The code for both will be provided to guests prior to check in and the gate key will be provided upon checking in to the unit. More information will be provided in the check in instructions.

Parking

Guests may park anywhere there is uncovered parking. Guests MAY NOT park in the covered parking deck or in any of the numbered/lettered spaces. If a guest does park in any of these spaces, they risk being towed, and Sunflower Stays and your hosts will not be responsible for any towing or tickets provided by the community.

Additional Rules:
No overnight visitors not listed on the reservation. There may not be more than 6 persons in or on property at any given point in time. Violation of this rule could lead to immediate removal of all guests without a refund.

Quiet Hours are from 10PM to 8AM
$500 deposit taken if any of these rules are broken
