The same continuity concept also reappears between the dining room and the kitchen, and on the upper floor, between the study and the living spaces with a library and fireplace. The lower floor houses an additional living room and three double bedrooms, all with walk-through closets and en suite bathrooms. Sunlight floods in through the full-height windows along the entire lake-facing facade, and the terraces with an infinity pool, make this residence truly unique. This stunning lake-view villa also includes a pool house with a relax area and guest bathroom, a double garage and a guest house fully equipped with an open space double bedroom, private bathroom, kitchen and living room.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning in the common areas (the sleeping area hallway and the living upstairs) while in each bedroom the temperature is regulated with an underfloor cooling system.

Though it is not as powerful as a traditional air conditioner, it can lower the indoor temperature by about 5–10°C compared to the outside.

In addition, there is an air circulation system with dehumidifier, which helps maintain a comfortable and healthy environment.
