The absolute best condo - the condo is amazing - has everything you need, communication with the owner was the best. You are very well taken care of from the time you arrive until you need, any questions/concerns - the owner and Saul will help so quickly! The snorkel gear is excellent to have and beach and pool are wonderful. The housekeeper(Ely) is so kind and takes excellent care of you. And the condo is decorated in fabulous style - we loved everything and will return again. Highest recommendation to rent this amazing place.

This was our second time staying here. Tracy is amazing. The location is perfect for snorkeling, close to beach clubs, and there is a pier available for dive boat pick up. The bedrooms are perfect for a family or group of friends. Will definitely stay again.

It could not have been cleaner or more comfortable. They had everything you could need to enjoy the beach, snorkeling, and the home. Perfect location and home for a family or a group of friends.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Check-in was seamless thanks to the thorough and easy-to-follow instructions. You can tell the property is really well cared for. We truly enjoyed our time and would absolutely love to come back!

Tracey’s condo is the best! My teenage daughter loved the bunk room. She made the bed into a king, the curtains allowed her to sleep in and the room was super cold. She slept amazing! Kitchen was perfect for our evenings in and we even prepared a cake for her birthday. Tracey is very accommodating and helpful in planning our trip and exploring. She suggested many restaurants. Two restaurants that we visited several times. Kooben Laab and Guidos, both were amazing because they can accommodate food allergies and the food was just delicious. Snorkeling outside the condo was excellent. She suggested a snorkeling trip that we would definitely do again! We would 100 percent return to this place. Thank you Tracey and Wayne for sharing your lovely home with us! Until next time….

We love, love, love our stays at this condo! The location, communication from the owner & property manager is absolutely top-notch! The condo itself is absolutely the best. The owner of this condo has thought of everything you could possibly need to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. This property exceeded expectations! The owner and staff were very communicative, the condo was warm and charming with everything we needed for a family of four. Incredibly clean and well maintained. Snorkeling out front was great and there are a couple great places to walk to for food (Memos Tacos was delicious). 5 plus stars.

Great location

Overall, this was a perfect spot for me and my family! We loved having the beach footsteps away and also loved having access to the pier at Tortugas next door where we were conveniently picked up for two separate trips (scuba, el Cielo tour). Definitely recommend if you have kids like we do!

Great condo

Enjoyed our week in Cozumel at Paradise Condominiums. The condo was well stocked and the daily maid service was great. Enjoyed using the snorkeling gear provided and snorkeling off the beach each day!

Fantastic experience. Tracy’s condo is beautiful, immaculate, and in a great location. The newly renovated kitchen is top notch. We had 3 delicious dinners cooked for us in the condo by Sandra’s Kitchen. Highly recommend. Elida kept the place spotless and furnished with clean towels and dishes. We snorkelled every day with the excellent provided equipment. Stunning reef fish, rays, and shells every day. Nearby restaurants were very good. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Our family of 6 plans to return. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

Tracy and Saul were wonderful communicators. The property was as described. Unfortunately, it rained much of the time we were there but had a great time. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others!

Beautiful Spot!!!

What a wonderful little piece of paradise!!! My family of 7 spent 4 wonderful nights here - it was not too far from town and the beach in front of the condo is beautiful! Snorkeling was great right at our own beach too! Thank you to Anis and Stella for thinking of all the little things that we would have wanted at the condo! We had a great stay!
