Nous sommes ... Vraiment proche de tout à State College!

Notre maison est située dans un quartier familial calme situé à un centre commercial, centre commercial, cinéma, restaurants, et le campus de Penn State.

Nous accueillons les enfants, cependant, notre maison est plus «la preuve de l'enfant." Il y a un parc pour les petits enfants en face de notre maison. Il y a un grand parking sur le côté de notre cour que nous vivons à la fin de la rue.

Nous avons 4 chambres au total, 2 personnes avec un lit queen size. La troisième chambre a un lit queen et un jumeau, et la chambre principale a un lit king size et sa propre salle de bain privée complète. De plus, nous avons un aéro-lit double qui peut également être utilisé dans l'une des chambres.

Bien que notre canapé du salon est pas un canapé-lit, il peut facilement dormir 3. Nous avons un "et 65" TV grand écran 36 dans nos salles de séjour en bas.

Notre cuisine est spacieuse avec un double four, cuisinière, micro-ondes et un réfrigérateur. Nous avons un espace salle à manger pour 10-12 à la table de la cuisine, et il y a une table pliante supplémentaire qui pouvait accueillir 8 plus, et nos sièges de barre de cuisine 4.

The house was great! Clean and in great condition. Rob did a great job of providing everything we needed to make the weekend work. Perfect location. We had 8 adults and 4 children - plenty of room. We’ll definitely be back.

Amazing stay for a tailgate weekend

The house was perfect for my family. It was beautiful, clean and close to the stadium. There were plenty of beds, but also room for air mattresses for whomever wanted their own sleeping space. The hosts were so kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Great spot for our PSU alumni reunion weekend!

This house was a great value and location for our group of 10. We loved the space and comfort of being in a large house for our big group. Highlights for the trip, we were easily able to park at the house and either Uber or drive to campus and Beaver Stadium. We loved the hot tub for the rainy unexpected chilly weather. The master bath has an incredible two person shower, and California king bed. The owners are incredibly accommodating, and you can tell they take great pride in their house and love to share it with others. We were impressed with the large bowl of homemade cookies (which we devoured). Another special touch was having tent canopies, coolers, and chairs for tailgating available for use (this was great for us), considering we all came in from different locations. I can't think of another place to stay in Happy Valley for a big group that would be more comfortable and less than 10 minutes driving to the campus/stadium. Thank you to The Irwins! WE ARE! Allison's reunion party were great people to rent to. They were all very polite, courteous and respected our home and neighbors. When we arrived back home, our home was just the way we left it. We Are . . . happy they stayed at our home, and look forward to them returning for another PSU football weekend.

Fabulous Weekend Stay

This house was so warm and welcoming. Everything we needed for a super weekend was left for us. A big bowl of chocolate chip cookies was waiting for us upon arrival. Great proximity to PSU. I can highly recommend this home for a football weekend or any other PSU event.

Only place I'd stay in State College

This home could not have been anymore perfect! Rob, the homeowner, incredibly easy to work with and SO helpful. Everything about this home is comfortable. It's big - plenty of room for people to spread out which is nice when you have a large group. Extremely close to campus with beautiful views and you can see the stadium! Lots of parking as well...rock chairs on the front porch are spot on. I guarantee if you decide to stay here you won't regret it! I highly recommend!

Great house

We had several families come in for a football game and house was great. Open floor plan allowed us to all hang in multiple rooms but still be together.

Family and friends football weekend

A great rental thru a wonderful couple in State College!

We rented this house for our son's college graduation in May 2017. Throughout the rental process the owner were great with their communication, insured that we were informed every step of the way and most importantly prepared their home immaculately for our arrival. Additionally they met us at the home to explain as well as show us many special things in the home. This was by far the best home rental experience we have ever had and would recommend it to all! I can't wait to my grandchildren (still to be born) go to Penn State so we can rent the home again!! Thanks for everything.

Beautiful home with an incredible view!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was! First of all, the home is beautiful as is the view! For many of us, this was the first time being back with a group of friends to our alma mater since having kids. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with delicious cookies and walked into a warm and inviting atmosphere. There was plenty of space to accommodate our party, and everything we thought we may need, was already there! The location of the home was perfect. We were able to easily get downtown and to the stadium. We would recommend this home to all our family and friends attending a Penn State game. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Wonderful home!

This is our first time staying in a VRBO. The home had everything you would need for a complete vacation stay. The house was imaculate and the rooms spacious. We had 13 in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. The Homeowners were great, leaving us a big notebook of rules and guidelines for the home and the local area. So much better than staying in a cramped busy hotel for the weekend. The location was perfect and Supermarket and Beverage Distributor nearby was so convenient. I would highly recommend this home, in fact we are looking ahead to next years calander to book again. Don't want to be blocked out from staying here again!!

Enjoy the Penn State Experience

If you want to enjoy Penn State and all it has to offer, this home will be a wonderful way to start. It has all (and more) than you would want in a home away from home. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. From the gorgeous views on the front porch to the tranquility of the back yard, it was a great getaway. The hosts went out of their way to make the weekend easy to plan. Their home is well equipped and has everything you could want. All the bedrooms are very nice and the mattresses comfy. The downstairs has an open concept, so all can enjoy being together. It was in a great location, with supermarkets, restaurants and stores being close by. It was an easy ride to the game, barring any traffic, which is nothing out of the ordinary. To sum up our weekend, WE ARE... very glad we chose this home to enjoy HAPPY VALLEY. You will be the same, trust me.
