Située à seulement 6,4 km du stade Beaver et du campus, cette jolie maison de 2 étages sur 9 acres. Rendre votre séjour calme et privé avec la commodité d'être au State College. La maison a de grands espaces de vie sur un terrain très privé situé juste sur le mont Nittany! Profitez d'une vue rapprochée du mont Nittany et peut-être même décidez de faire une randonnée! Notre ligne de propriété arrière jouxte le sentier bleu du mont Nittany Conservancy. La cuisine récemment rénovée comprend de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, ainsi que des planchers de bois franc partout. Le salon en bas a été rénové pour présenter un plan d'étage ouvert pour les rassemblements. Il y a 4 chambres (1 lit queen, 2 lits doubles, 2 lits jumeaux) avec 2 salles de bain complètes et 1 demi-bain, ainsi que plusieurs écrans plats. v. »s. Nous avons également 2 grands canapés composables, chacun avec un lit gigogne en taille réelle. Idéal pour accueillir de grands groupes et des familles pour tout événement ou occasion! 14 personnes, ce qui sera notre capacité de location maximale.

Great place to stay, very clean and comfortable house with good price. Location is 10-15 minutes from most things but has an incredible view. Safe as well.

Perfect Stay for Penn State Graduation Weekend!

We had an exceptional stay at this VRBO for our son’s graduation. The house truly felt like a home away from home—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. Its convenient location near the Penn State campus and local grocery stores made our trip even more enjoyable. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special milestone. Highly recommend!

State College weekend stay

This property is in a great location maybe 10 minutes outside of Penn State University. The house was very clean, with every amenity we needed during our stay. the outdoor area in the back yard was nice as was the firepit area in the front. Would stay here agaun!!

Perfect Spot for PSU Gamea

House was about 10 minutes from Downtown State College. Nicely situated away from traffic yet convenient enough to get into town or to Beaver Stadium. Check in was easy and if you are traveling with families it’s perfect. Big piece of property with enough room for three families with small children and a room for teens. All three families enjoyed the property and would definitely look to rent again.

Perfect for PSU games!

My buddies and I were in town for a Penn State game and this place was perfect. We had 12 guys and had room to sleep everyone with a couple air mattresses. Highly recommended for big groups coming in for games.

Great location for graduation

This was an expensive rental, but we thought we would bite the bullet for graduation, due to its great location. We ended up disappointed with our stay. While the house had adequate bed space and living room furniture, it lacked anything beyond the most basic furniture in the bedrooms. The rooms had inadequate lighting. There was no available storage for food or clothing. No place to hang dresses or suits, no ironing board, no place to put anything. There were barely any plates, glasses, mugs, cutlery, pots or platters. We had exactly seven forks for seven people, and saucers for plates. The dishes and cutlery were put away dirty and the cabinets were disorganized so finding things was a hunt. If you plan to cook here, bring your own cookware and paper products. The downstairs area was completely renovated and very nice, including the new bathroom. The bed broke while we were sleeping in it.

big and clean

The house was very clean and was a good size for our group (9 of us). There were a few items that weren't perfect (dishwasher was broken, beds weren't super comfortable) Overall a very good place to stay for a Penn State football game. Close to the campus, very convenient.

Fantastic experience

Great accommodations for our large group. Property was beautiful and super convenient location for getting to BJC. Lots of amenities-- sad we never got to use fire pit/and yummy smores snacks that were provided...just ran out of time. we definitely want to stay again- so hopefully next trip! Owners were amazing to work with. Very responsive to any questions or needs. Cannot say enough good things about this stay

Beautiful setting.

Very fortunate to find this gem. 8th grade basketball team competing in Pennsylvania State Tournament. Was a classic retreat with a beautiful view of the valley from the mountain. An incredibly fun set up for kids with land, basketball, trampoline, and Xbox set up. We experienced so much at this property and really bonded as a team. Couldn’t imagine it being more perfect.

A beautiful Oasis or relaxation!

We stayed 3 nights in this gorgeous house tucked away in the foothills of State College. It was very conveniently located to amenities such as restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations. But it felt like we were far removed from anything as this house sits on a massive sweeping property with plenty of places to sit outside amongst the grass and trees. The house was spacious and clean with very comfortable couches and recliners, large TVs, multiple gathering areas etc. I would stay here again in a heartbeat the next time we come to State College!

Perfect PSU Reunion Rental! Highly Recommend

I can't say enough about how much our group enjoyed our stay at the Ondik's home! We had a group of 11 young professionals back for a 5-year graduation reunion, and ended up spending more time at the house than planned because of how beautiful the set-up was. The property truly offers everything: a massive, spacious lawn where we enjoyed a football game, a comfortable back patio with very nice grill, large fire pit with tons of stocked wood in the front, walk-on access to the Blue Trail to hike Mt. Nittany, beautifully re-done interior with seating and TV's in almost every room! It couldn't have worked out better for our large group to have communal meals with more than enough space to relax in and outside. The property is completely private, and at the end of a scenic lane, but is just a 5-10 min drive from downtown and Uber-friendly to get to the restaurants / bars. We highly recommend this place for reunions, young adults, and families of all ages! Thanks Ondik's!!

Absolutely Phenomenal!!!

We came to State College to drop our kids off for school and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The home is in the perfect location and you couldn’t ask for a nicer, more comfortable house in such a peaceful setting. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back!

Spent a few days at this property. Nice quiet spot that is off the beaten path but it is still close to the downtown area and campus. Saw lots of wildlife on the property. It had all of the amenities that we needed. Enjoyed the stay.

Fabulous stay in State College!

This is a terrifically maintained property and the owners are great to work with. There is great space to accommodate a group of friends and family. Particularly beautiful in the fall! We would highly recommend.
