This incredible loft apartment is centrally located in downtown Tuscaloosa, just over 1 mile to campus and only 1/2 mile to the amphitheater. Several restaurants, shops and bars are walkable from the loft.
The loft is in a secured building. Youâll have a king bedroom, a large living room with a twin daybed, large sectional sofa, kitchen, washer/dryer & a full bath...all you need to enjoy your stay, with far more comfort, style & convenience than any hotel!
A 5-star STAY TUSCALOOSA property!
The loft features a large living room with an open concept kitchen and dining space. There is a large sectional sofa and a twin daybed in the living room. You will also find a king bedroom, full kitchen, washer/dryer and a full bath.
This loft is located on the second floor with stair access only, no elevator. You will enter the ground floor through a locked and coded lobby access and climb one flight of stairs to the front door.
On the street parking is located just outside the lobby door.

Individual booking and residing during the stay must be 25 years or older.
No Parties: Parties and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited in all of our homes. Guests disregarding this policy will be evicted with no refund.
No smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking. Strict penalties and fines are applied to guests who do not comply.
Rental agreement: A rental agreement must be digitally signed AND before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted at any of our properties.
