I’m very sorry your stay included pest issues and unaddressed maintenance — the bugs in the unit and on the bedding, the HOA’s one-time treatment without verification, and the unresponded shower-door report are unacceptable. I’ve escalated everything to our operations and guest services teams to investigate and address immediately: - Schedule a pest-control re-inspection and full treatment, with documented verification that the issue is resolved. - Remove, deep-clean or replace affected bedding, pillows and mattresses as needed; launder all linens and sanitize sleeping areas. - Perform a full deep-clean and sanitation of the unit. - Inspect and repair the master shower door so it closes and seals properly. - Follow up with the HOA about their closure process and require re-treatment/verification if their work was insufficient. - Review our maintenance response procedures and take corrective action if our team did not respond promptly. We will also review your stay for appropriate compensation after we complete the investigation.
