Check in was easy with Maria’s help. The property was exactly as described. The availability of beach towels, the proximity of swimming pool, padel courts and gym are a big plus. Kitchen was well equipped.We highly recommend this accommodation.

Lovely apartment close to excellent swimming pool and bar and restaurant. Supermarket is just a short walk away. Easy drive to many beaches.

Great holiday, apartment is lovely, we didn’t have a car so used Ubers to get about. I would recommend a car if staying again as it is too far out to walk to the town. The local restaurant and bar is excellent and reasonable. The pool area is very nice and you can walk to Lidl. The facilities in the apartment are excellent. Would recommend. 😃

Positive stay - July 23

Really lovely apartment, the only negative we could find was the lack of AC, although we did know about this at the point of booking. Sally was great, and went above and beyond to address the issue we experienced with the keys during our stay. The photographs shown on the website in my opinion do not do the apartment or the communal swimming pool any justice. There is a lovely bar on the complex, which wasn’t really mentioned, but a real delight to use, as staff were very friendly, food very good and nicely furnished.

Great budget apartment

We had a wonderful stay in the algarve. The host was incredibly helpful right through from booking to pre arrival and post arrival advise. We found the apartment to be well stocked with everything you could need (right down to buckets and spades and even ice pops left in the freezer from previous guests). The pool is a couple of blocks walk away but is fantastic..lots of shade to be found under the trees and the attached restaurant tiramisu was great. You do need a car to stay here. The apartment is spacious and comfortable.. aircon would have been welcomed but it was very hot during our stay and there were fans in each room. The neighbourhood is quite residential.

Amazing holiday

Really enjoyed the holiday. Apartment is very well equipped, rooms are spacious, nice kitchen and living/dining area. Gym, paddle tennis and swimming pool are just around the corner. 10 minutes walk to Lidl and less than €2 for bolt to the nearest beach. Just couple of things to mention, as there is no aircon in the apartment, it was very hot to sleep at night, there were fans but i couldn't sleep when they were on as they were very loud. And gas cooker didn't work very well. Landlord and manager are very good, made sure that everything is in order before/during our stay. Would definitely return to the same place!!!!

Perfect stay

The place is great. You will find everything you need. The swimming-pool area is also fantastic. Only the matress could be better and the air conditionned would be a big plus when it is so hot. We highly recommend it !

We will look at the mattress situation - it hasn't come up before, but maybe it's time for a new one. With the air-conditioning, we normally find the flat stays cool compared to most on the complex and only needs fans, but certainly this summer has been extremely hot! It's something we will try to look at for the future.

En general bien. Cosas a tener en cuenta, faltan filtros para la cafetera, si no no se puede hacer cafe, los sillones estaban con manchas y tuvimos que poner unas fundas y el las bandejas del horno estaban sucias con lo que no lo pudimos usar.

El viaje soñado....

Yo soñaba en ir a conocer a Algarve y buscando encontré a esta aplicación y me gusto mucho por la localidad que era muy bonita y cerca de otras playas muy bonitas y que pude visitar e conocer también, pero por ya estar en Septiembre se podría bajar un poco más... que seguro tedran más posibilidades para alquilar.

Amplio Apartamento con Club Piscina Cercano

Apratamento mas grande de lo que parece en las fotos. Bien equipado y camas comodas . El complejo con bar y piscina esta en la misma calle a 4 minutos andando del edificio . Las pistas tenis y padel que hay en el club son de pago . El restaurante que hay en la piscina tiene muy buenos precios y calidad , con musica por la noche en Agosto . Estuvimos muy agusto y la comunicacion con la agencia fue impecable. Necesario llevar coche para las playas y turismo. La recomendamos.

We had an enjoyable stay at this apartment it was in walking distance of the beach and the waterpark and restaurants, a Lidl was also very close. The apartment was nice and an abundance of fans kept the place nice and cool. The pool was very close and we almost had it to ourselves it's was incredibly spacious so no need to worry about the ongoing pandemic. We thought we had free access to the gym for 8hrs a week however there was a small insurance fee and we could actually only use the gym for free for 2 hrs a week. We unfortunately had no washing up liquid in the last few day and had to resort to using hand soap. All in all we had a great time and it was a holiday to remember.

O condominio era muito agradavel, e a piscina era muito boa, o espaço circundante e o bar eram bons. É pena a casa não ter ar condicionado, assim a casa ficava muito quente de noite e apesar da ajuda das ventoinhas fica dificil estar em casa...pelo menos nesta epoca do ano(julho) A senhora responsavel da casa devia de falar portugues e não apenas ingles. A casa e as fotos do espaço circundante estavam de acordo com as fotos do anuncio...muito bom.

Verblijf in El-Sakia village.

Zeer ruim en licht appartement op de 2de verdieping. Lift was makkelijk met koffers of boodschappen. Wasmachine was zeer handig na een dagje strand, keuken met grote frigo en diepvries waren ideaal bij het warme weer. Er zijn veel ventilatoren op het appartement, die waren zeker nodig omdat het zo warm was. Enige minpuntje is dat er een gebouw vlak tegenover staat waardoor je vanop het balkon aan de woonkamer op de balkons van de overburen kijkt, als je op het balkon aan de slaapkamer zit, heb je wel een mooi en ver uitzicht. Wij verbleven met 2 tieners en huurden een auto (zeker aangeraden), maakten toffe uitstappen naar bezienswaardigheden en prachtige stranden (Praia do Almargem is 5 min met de auto), gingen regelmatig iets eten in Quarteira (minder dan 10 min met de auto) en vonden het heerlijk dat we na een uitstap nog even konden zwemmen in het propere, mooie zwembad ter plekke! De communicatie met de eigenares verliep super vlot en ter plaatse kan je ook altijd iemand contacteren (moesten wij doen om de sleutel te ontvangen, die lag klaar bij de bar aan het zwembad). Wij hadden een geweldige tijd, maar ons verblijf was gedurende de Covid 19-epidemie, hierdoor was het enorm rustig. Het waterpretpark vlakbij leek ook super, maar was gesloten o.w.v. de maatregelen. Wij bevelen deze locatie met veel overtuiging aan!

Very spacious Aptm with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom, a large living/dining room with TV and internet, a separate kitchen fully equipped, 4 small balconies to spend coffee/tea time or enjoy sunsets. On top terrasse can do barbecue and observe nice panorama. Unique week point is a face to face building. The village is equipped with a great relaxing/sport area with gym, pool, tennis court, bar-restaurant at about 100 meters far away. A few hundreds meter there is a well furnished LIDL market, a some other restaurants. A lot of wonderful villas are in the surrounds. Definitely a very high standing place.

I live in England with my family. In 2002 I went on holiday to Portugal with my husband and we drove past Al Sakia Village. It was still being built at the time, and we were interested in renting the tennis court. We went in to enquire, and I ended up buying an apartment! I have never regretted it - we have so many wonderful holidays here!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I love the fact that this apartment is in a quiet spot in beautiful surroundings, but only a 5 minute drive from the nearest beach. The bar/restaurant on the complex is an added bonus - the staff are really helpful and friendly, the prices very reasonable and the food is great. They have live music in peak seasons most nights, and make a mean cocktail! If you are feeling lazy, you can just order takeaway - the pizzas are delicious.
There is plenty to do in the area - The Aqua Show waterpark is at the end of the road and pedalo boats and jet skis can be hired at the local beaches.
This property is our personal holiday home that we let out to others to enjoy and to help us maintain it - we have always enjoyed it as a family with small children thanks to the large pool and beautiful beaches, and now we still enjoy it with teenagers as there are plenty of fun activities and nightlife venues at Vilamoura and Albufeira for them to enjoy.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated. It benefits from having 2 bathrooms, a well fitted kitchen and balconies off both bedrooms and lounge area. We recently had air conditioning/heating fitted and this has been a very popular decision with our guests, allowing it to be comfortable all year round.
The huge swimming pool and beautiful gardens mean that there is always plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the pool area. It never feels over-crowded, even when it's busy.
There is also the added benefit of a gym and padel tennis courts on site at very reasonable charges.
When it comes to food, Tiramisu's wood-fire oven pizzas are very popular with locals and tourists alike, - enjoy a cocktail on their sofas or dine in or al fresco while enjoying live entertainment - it's the place to be and is the hub of the village!
And to cap it all, this apartment is only a 10 minute walk away from the Lidl supermarket, and the famous 'chicken shack': known for it's peri-peri chicken at excellent prices - Marufus is the place that all the locals and tourists go to enjoy their barbecue favourites at an unbelievable price.
