Kitchen was inadequate for 5 people with lack of frying pans and large sauce pans. Cups were mismatched. Silverware was mismatched. Not enough bowls for five people. Kitchen faucet always on spray because it was broken. Kitchen had damaged flooring covered by a rug that was out of place, Dishwasher never worked for half of our stay until a new one was installed, so I had to wash them by hand on my vacation. Come to find out, he knew there was an issue. HVAC ductwork had live and dead cockroaches in it with loose insulation. Cockroach traps all over the place. Carpet was worn and wrinkled. Overall place was dirty with cobwebs and dust. Dirty utensils and dishes on arrival. Internet/Web was intermittent at times, even after he checked it out One room had storage racks in it. The jetted tub was never used because mold and mildew came out the first time it was turned on. The light switches were in odd spots. some couches were in the dinning room. I had to ask for batteries for the smoke detectors, garbage cans for the bathrooms, and since I was washing dishes by hand, scrubbers with dish soap. There was a insulated panel in the upstairs bedroom that I had to replace.
