Welcome to our spacious & inviting home nestled in a serene neighborhood of historic Warwick. Just a short hop from I-95, youâre minutes away from the vibrant pulse of downtown Providence, and under an hourâs drive to the stunning Newport Beaches & bustling Boston.
Perfect for multi-generational families, festive gatherings, or corporate getaways, our home is designed for ultimate comfort & connection.

Step into a world where charm meets convenience in our expansive and stylish home, tucked away in the second largest city in the ocean state, the tranquil Warwick, Rhode Island. Perfect for multi-generational families, festive gatherings, or corporate getaways, our luxurious is designed for ultimate comfort and connection.
With the perfect elegance of New England, this exquisite home will truly meet the needs of all of its guests as it boasts all the modern amenities, is super spacious with over 4000sf of living space, offers multiple environs that can be shared publicly by all generations of family and friends, or enjoyed alone, is filled with comfortable and attractive modern furnishings, and is fully functional with all the extras that a group needs for a worry-free stay.
Our thoughtfully designed space with 4 bedrooms, 1 private bonus room, office/den, and 3 full bathrooms offers plenty of room for 12 guests. We do allow up to 16 guests for an additional fee of $100 per guest per night exceeding the 12 guests.
With two distinct living areas, including three cozy living rooms and two well-appointed kitchens, there is ample space for everyone to unwind. Each of our generous bedrooms, 3 with king-sized beds, offers a peaceful escape. Our modern dining room is the ideal setting for memorable meals and celebrations, with additional dining seating in two other rooms.
Whether youâre planning a holiday feast, a family reunion, or a creative retreat, our home offers a blend of charm and convenience that ensures an unforgettable stay. Come experience the perfect balance of relaxation and accessibility in this welcoming garden-themed oasis!
LOWER LEVEL (WEST SIDE)
Oak and mahogany hardwood floors, tile, and rugs throughout.
-Full retro-inspired kitchen with high-end Frigidaire Gallery appliances, 2-door refrigerator with ice maker, 4-burner built-in cooktop, an additional wall oven and microwave, dishwasher, large Keurig coffee-maker, electric kettle, toaster oven, toaster/waffle maker, and blender.
-Our formal Dining Room has a large round table with seating for 6-8 guests, and sideboard cabinet with extra dishes and serving trays.
-Bright and spacious living room with 55-inch Smart TV, cable, modern leather sectional and lounge seating. Enjoy access to Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu.
-The four-seasoned sun room, flooded with natural light, has an office desk, large screen smart TV, plush queen sofa sleeper, cozy chaise lounge and a pub-style table/chairs for game night, as there are plenty of books and games for all members of the family. The possibilities are endless!
-Our newly remodeled Bathroom 3 is fitted with walk-in shower unit, and fully stocked with all modern amenities.
UPPER LEVEL
-The Primary suite on the upper level is bright and spacious with a king-sized bed, dresser drawer, armoire and is dubbed our Hemenway suite.
-Guestroom 2 is attractive and spacious with a king-sized bed, dresser drawer, seating area, and closet.
-Guestroom 3 is cozy and spacious, with a king-sized modern bed, dresser drawer, and closet.
-Den/Office has a full-size futon bed, computer desk, and flat screen Smart TV.
-Bathroom 2 on the upper level has double vanity, tub/shower unit, and is filled with all the amenities for a comfortable stay.
LOWER LEVEL (EAST SIDE)
-Full modern kitchen with refrigerator, island with built-cooktop, and dining table with seating for 4-6 guests. There are plenty of extra small appliances and dishes for large groups.
-Guestroom 4 is bright and spacious with a queen-sized platform bed and wall closet/dresser.
-Bonus room 1 is cozy and carpeted, and can be used as a children's playroom, private office/den, or a relaxation room with queen-sized air mattress.
-Living room area with a modular sectional sofa that can be converted for sleeping, large screen smart TV, and plush seating cushions. This is a great area for younger guests. Air mattresses can also be used in this area for additional guests.
-Main Bathroom 3 on the lower level is a custom, super spacious Zen-inspired bath with large tiled rain shower, and a separate toilet room. This bathroom includes all the modern amenities for relaxation.
BASEMENT
There is a large capacity Whirlpool washer and dryer located in the basement for guest use.
BACKYARD
The spacious backyard features a spectacular garden on the Northwest side. Guests might be lucky to pick a vegetable or two during your visit. There is also an Paradise apple tree which bears great fruit, a cherry tree which has great fruit to eat if you get them before the birds do, and there is a pecan tree closest to the house on the Northeast side, however the squirrels usually beat you to the harvest. There is a large Maple tree in the front yard with a bench and plenty of shade.
June 2025-November 2025 ONLY. There is a seating area for lounging and outdoor dining table has a fire pit in the middle. There is a large stainless steel grill, a Weber charcoal grill, grilling supplies, a fire pit, a picnic basket, and outdoor games. Families can enjoy roasting marshmallows or enjoy a giant game of Jenga.

The entire house (minus detached garage) will be made available to our guests. We are very flexible, so if you have any requests, please just ask!
Driveway parking is available for up to 2 cars, and there is plenty of street parking with minimal through traffic. There is also free parking in the school parking lot located behind the property. The detached garage is not accessible.
The home has a security system. There are also smoke and carbon monoxide detectors throughout the property and fire extinguishers on every level.
Holiday and celebration services are available, including specialty cakes and catering for birthdays, etc. Please message the hostess for pricing and availability.
We want to provide a clean, safe environment for our guests. Our home is thoroughly cleaned between stays by a professional cleaning company. In addition, we make hand soap, hand sanitizer, disinfecting cleansers, and cleaning equipment available to our guests for their added convenience.
Note: House keeping is also available upon request for extended stays. Fresh linens, towels, and amenities are ONLY made available at the beginning of the stay.
Any items left by a previous guest will be discarded. All house trash cans will be lined with a bag to allow for the safe removal of waste. 2 extra-large trash bins and 2 extra large recycling bins are located in the rear of the garage and guests can put them out on Wednesday nights for a Thursday AM removal. If there are any maintenance needs, we encourage our guests to contact our property management company per the instructions listed in the office.
Please be respectful of the neighbors. The house is located in an exclusive, quiet residential neighborhood. While parties are NOT permitted at the property, we want our guests to thoroughly enjoy their stay and create great memories!
