Gorgeous 2BR/2BA partitioned (half of Wilmington island home - the owner's side will be vacant). You have access to a full beautiful kitchen and two living areas. The kitchen and sitting you offers sunset views over the Wilmington River along with an enormous yard overlooking the water where you'll see dolphin playing in the river, the most relaxing sunset & take in the nature sounds. Dock Access with Signed Waivers of Guests. Located across from the Savannah Country Club!
No Parties.
You will have access to the entire home.
Please note: You do NOT have access to the dock in the backyard. Failure to honor this will result in immediate termination of your stay. For access to the DOCK, you are REQUIRED to sign a waiver.
If you bring a boat, you are required to have pre-approval, provide registration and insurance.
This is a residential neighborhood along the water, so please respect our neighbors by not interacting with them outside as they are home for the day to relax. Our backyards do not have fences as not to block the view.
Other details to note
While we love animals, we are NOT pet friendly as we do not have a fence and our neighbors do have dogs that go out for walks on leashes.
There is no fence between our neighbor's yards. Please be respectful of this and their privacy.
We ask that you do not interact with the neighbors. This is a residential area and you just respect that the neighbors live here full time and are not interested in playing tour guide.
Please note: Waiver for dock entry/use must be signed by all occupants/guests prior to check in. A guest list with IDs must be provided to the manager.
Please note that on the 7th day of your booking, you have the option to pay for a second cleaning to have fresh linens on the bed and new towels. However, starting from the 8th day, it's mandatory to have the cleaning service and fee.
Early check-in or Late Check-out fee is $150.00
Early check-ins must be arranged in advance. Can't be the same day as the check-in date. Late checkout is subject to approval
AGE RESTRICTION: All renters must be over the age of 25, unless it is a child accompanied by a parent. If a guest is found to have falsified their reservation in any way, we reserve the right to evict the guest, cancel their reservation and retain ALL DEPOSIT PAID TO THAT POINT.
