🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

• Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the lot. Your reservation includes 1 parking pass; a second pass may be purchased for $30 (maximum 2 passes total). Only one pass will be stamped for beach parking. Please request any additional pass at least 72 hours before your stay. On arrival, enter through the Security Kiosk off US HWY 278 to collect your parking pass(es). Please use this gate for your initial entry.\

• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

• This villa is located on the 2nd story. Stairs are required; no elevator is available.

• Fireplace: Not available for guest use.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.
