We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. - IMPORTANT Notice: Waterslide & Splash Pad Closure

Please note that Windsor Hills Resort Waterslides and Splash Pad will be closed for scheduled maintenance approximately from January 5th, 2026 to February 16, 2026, weather permitting. During this time, the resort pool, clubhouse, marketplace, fitness center, and arcade will remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment. We appreciate your understanding as the resort works to keep its amenities in great condition.



- Please note that Windsor Hills registration system requires an ePass for resort access. A valid email address will be requested after booking to send your parking pass.



- No need to worry if you arrive late, we offer keyless pad entry! Additional details will be provided upon booking.
