This quiet and private 1 Bedroom unit is a part of villa.but independent with its own separate entrance. consist of a bedroom ,a modern bathroom,a big livingroom & a balcony(kitchnette,there are oven,microwave,electric coker,rice cooker,induction cooker).The villa is located in the peaceful leafy garden of 5000 m2 lifestyle/farmland blocks, away from hassle of the busy towns, but only 5 min to Botany shopping centre. 19 km away from the airport. You live in the farm but just feel in city.scape to this lovely country house in picturesque Auckland. This cozy retreat offers a comfortable bedroom with heating, a hair dryer, WiFi, and AC. Relax in the inviting bathroom after a day of exploring the city. Enjoy your time in Auckland at our country house/chateau.

unit 1 is on the first floor of the big house. You have to walk up the stairs After going upstairs, push open the glass door. The glass door is not locked. Your unit 1 is on the right.
Unit 1 has a large bedroom, a bathroom, a lounge, and a balcony. The bedroom has a large glass window, where you can see the endless mountain scenery , sheep , birds and pheasants etc. There is a super _king bed ,a small round table and two lounge chairs in the room. Guests can drink coffee and enjoy the scenery here.
In the lounge You can watch TV and have breakfast here .There are microwave ,kettle, toasters and some dining utensils are also placed here. There is a large glass door from the lounge outside is a covered terrace there are sink, oven, induction cooker, rice cooker, etc. There is a small round table and two lounge chairs You can enjoy the scenery while eating here.
You can drive down the slope then turn around here if you need . There is a parking space No4 If you have more than one car you can park here with the consent of the landlord. There is a large deck here You can enjoy the scenery and picnic here. There are other tenants here When you are here, please don't talk loudly, don't disturb other tenants, pay attention to your own safety and keep the environment clean.
The yard in front of the big house, including the central garden and the big deck, you can also take a walk and enjoy the scenery here. Please note that you should not enter any place with a door, whether it is locked or not.


1） Everywhere Unit 1 is used alone.
2）you can place your shoes and umbrell in #1 shoes rack.
3） Please park your car in the white line that allows parking spaces(P1).
4)In backyard there is a large deck , you can enjoy the scenery and picnic here. when you are here, please don't talk loudly, don't disturb other guest , pay attention to your own safety and keep the environment clean.

open time is : 9 am to 6 pm. Washing (including powder) is free to self -help. Do not waste water and laundry powder. Dry clothes are charged, $ 5 /once.

1)Please don't store things in the hall and the staircase.Don't rest on, talking and call here.
2)Please park your car in the white line that allows parking spaces(P1).
3)This place is very quiet at night.If someone speaks loudly at night, the voice will spread far. Therefore, keep as quiet as possible at night.
4）laundry is under stair.washing is free. drying need charg $5/once.
5)Your check-out time is 10am. Generally, we need to leave enough time for cleaning, so we hope you check out within the specified time. If you need to check out later due to special reasons, please apply one day in advance, and you can check out later after getting approval and confirmation.
6) Check-in time is 3pm, and you can check in at any time after 3pm, but if it is after 11pm, please tell us in advance, we need to turn on the mobile phone and turn on the street lights to facilitate your check-in.
