The house, the deck and everything associated the house was spectacular. Beautiful house very spacious. Everything about the house was quality. I travel a lot and I’m not always pleased with the beds, but these beds at the house were excellent. I would actually rent this house again.

It was a perfect location for our family reunion. We had folks coming in from five states. The house had everything we needed and then some. Our guys played pool for hrs and the ladies visited in the den. The view of the lake is wonderful and very peaceful. I definitely would give this company and house a five star review.

Great place for a party of 11 guys. Plenty of space and things to do. A short drive away from any exit if leaving the village. Owners are very responsive and will take care of anything you need. 10/10.

Overall our stay was good. Host was very accessible. The view of the lake was beautiful but the windows were very dirty and need to be cleaned. House had a few issues. Bottom bathtub did not drain well, some chairs were unsteady and need to be repaired. Outside cushions were dirty and need to be brought in after every rental. Kitchen table top was loose and needs to be tightened up. Game room was nice but one pool stick was broken and I couldn’t find sand for the shuffleboard table and one shelf on the wall was loose. Just pointing these things out for future rentals. We had a great time.

The pictures were deceiving to the what we thought we were getting. It was weird having to walk through one bedroom to get to another bedroom. I also didnt like that there is only one bathroom for the three bedrooms downstairs. There is really no seating on the dock to go fishing. If you are going with just two families I think it works out great. We went with three families and it was not great.

This house is amazing. The hosts were great, very responsive and friendly. We knew there were a lot of amenities but there was so much more. Three kayaks, three paddleboards, a water trampoline, sauna and hot tub. Plenty of seating around the firepit by the lake. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms large and the dining and living area accommodated all 15 of us. Then you throw in the game room with shuffleboard, a poker table, darts, pool table and video machines. We would give this a 10 star if we could. We would definitely come back.

Our host kept us informed and taken care of. Plenty of things to do even with our not so good weather weekend. We had a very relaxing stay and would recommend this home for any large group.

The property and the area are beautiful. We has multiple families staying at the house and there was plenty of space for everybody. There are lots of activities available at this property. We utilized the firepit next to the lake, the Traeger smoker on the deck, pool table, dart board, arcade games, poker table and the 75" tv. The hosts communicated exceptionally well. Both kids and adults had a great time. I would definitely stay again at this property when we return.

Great vacation! Beautiful house with many activities for the whole family! We did everything from kayaking and paddle boarding, played poker, and even made s’mores by the fire pit! It was a lovely family vacation and we’d definitely come back!

Beautiful house in the mountains on a lake in the gated Hot Springs Village. The owners were easy to communicate with thru out the process. We had 4 couples, each with their own bedroom and bathroom. This house worked out perfectly.

We booked this great place for our golf group. everyone was always talking about this place for the great view of yhe lake on the patio area and views from the inside of the house. very quiet atea and the house was amazing. We will be back
