Welcome to The Flamingo Suite, a chic and modern apartment inspired by the vibrancy of flamingos. This modern space offers a relaxing spot for your vacation and is located just steps from the University of South Carolina campus and Five Points. Enjoy this unique suite that's perfect for your trip to Columbia!
This updated 1960s apartment is spacious, light, and airy. With a huge closet, full private balcony, and cozy king bed, this space is perfect for a getaway of any length. With curated touches and color palette aligning with the funky modern theme, this recently renovated apartment is quirky and fun. Original details, like the patterned breeze block, hardwood floors, brass and wood sliding doors were preserved to maintain the apartment's midcentury charm.

This property is adjacent to an active railway. We do provide sound machines for light sleepers.
- This neighborhood is very walkable to Five Points and USC.
- There is an active railway adjacent to the rear of the property. We provide sound machines for light sleepers.
- One parking space is available for guests in the lot. A bus stop is also very close by. Street parking is not included and is by permit only. Guests are solely liable for any parking tickets or towing incurred for parking on the street.
- Please note that this is a downstairs unit with shared walls and ceilings. You may hear other guests during your stay.
- This unit does NOT contain any laundry machines.
- The entry stairs & back entrance is shared.
Units at Palm Breeze Apartment Suites are heated and cooled using an HVAC system called a PTAC. You have likely seen this same system used in hotels, and are through wall units that are sized to heat and cool the entire apartment without duct work running to every space. We do provide a fan for the bedroom but please note, the HVAC PTAC unit is located in the living room and does not have a direct duct or feed to the kitchen, bathroom or bedroom.
You will receive a âboarding passâ upon confirmation with guidebooks, property specific details, check in / parking instructions and more! You can share this link with anyone in your party for access to the details!

There are 6 security cameras at various locations on the exterior of the building. They point towards the parking lot, front yard, trash area, woods behind the building, and the walkway in front of the building. They are all active.
The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.
No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.
You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes.
While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.
Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.
No illegal substances or activities on the premises.
Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.
If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.
Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.
If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
