The Space:
Step inside to a bright and inviting living room featuring a Smart TV with access to streaming apps like Netflix and Roku (use your own account). The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, cookware, and utensils â everything you need to enjoy home-cooked meals during your stay.
Each bedroom offers comfortable bedding to ensure a restful nightâs sleep, while both bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, complete with showers and fresh towels. A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.
Unwind outdoors on the private patio, perfect for your morning coffee or an evening drink after a day of exploring.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home with a private entrance for complete privacy during their stay. Parking is available on the driveway, and check-in is made easy and secure with a smart door lock, allowing you to arrive at your convenience without the need for in-person key exchange.

Located in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood, the home is just minutes from Summervilleâs charming downtown, local restaurants, breweries, and parks. Getting Around:
Getting around is easy from this convenient Summerville location. Most attractions, restaurants, and shops are just a short drive away, and downtown Charleston can be reached in about 30 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
Neighborhood Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am. If violated, the city will issue a $1047 fine.
No boats, trailers, or box trucks
Stays of 10 days or more are subject to an additional cleaning fee.
No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
Interaction with Guests:
I give my guests space but am available when needed. With our Smart Lock you do self check in so we rarely meet guests. Iâm available via phone or text and if you donât get a response you can always contact my team.
