Nestled in Tambon Patong, this delightful apartment offers a terrific stay for guests. With a cozy bedroom featuring a king bed and a modern bathroom with a refreshing shower, this superb property is perfect for a relaxing getaway.
Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, WiFi, and even a fitness room. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our apartment. Our studio room is situated on the ground floor. It consist of 1 king bed, dining area, kitchen and en-suite bathroom. First you enter the room, kitchen is on the left and bathroom is on the right. There is outdoor table and chair on the balcony
You will have the entire room for you and also can access to common swimming pool and gym.
CLEANING, You will find the house clean on arrival but please let us know if you are not satisfied. For stays less than 1 week there is no cleaning service. After you depart our cleaners will perform that for the next guest. If you are here for a minimum of one week there will be one cleaning and 1-time linen change. The schedule will provide upon arrival date. They have a key and will access the room following the schedule. If you need a cleaning service more often, please let us know and we will arrange this. An extra payment will apply (1200 THB/time). On departure, it would be helpful if you could leave the house (particularly kitchen contents) clean and tidy when you leave. No need for you to perform a full clean!
SUGGESTIONS IF YOU ARRIVE EARLY, Many guests will arrive before the designated check-in time. The good news is that there is plenty to do. We often suggest that guests visit the grocery store and do a small shop. That will give you more time to relax once you've checked in! There are also a few good restaurants for lunch so why not relax and enjoy some of the local food!. BREAKAGES, We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!.
BEACH EQUIPMENT, We have 1 beach towel per person available for your use. BED
LINEN / TOWELS, Bed linen and towels are available for you. There will be 2 sets of bath towels and pool towels and they will be changed once a week of your stay 1-week minimum..
GARBAGE DISPOSAL & RECYCLING, Please do not leave garbage in front of the room. You can find a common garbage can near the elevator.
WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF A POWER OUTAGE, In case of a power outage please let us know or you shall do pre-check with reception area if it’s happen only in your villa or the whole area.
