Check-in on your own any time after 4pm. Your personal code will be provided 24-72 hours prior to arrival, along with your check-in instructions.

The Neighborhood:
The Villa is located in the prestigious Encore Resort at Reunion, one of Central Florida’s most desirable vacation communities. You’ll be just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, allowing your family to enjoy effortless access to all the Disney parks — Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom — without the long drives or traffic stress. The location also puts you 20 minutes from Universal Orlando and Islands of Adventure, home to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, and 15 minutes from Disney Springs, where world-class dining, shopping, and live entertainment await.

Beyond the theme parks, this area offers everything you need for a world-class getaway. You’re just a short drive to Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets and Orlando International Premium Outlets, both filled with designer brands and luxury shops at incredible prices. Other Things to Note:
• Pool heating and spa heating are available for an additional charge of $50 per booked night. All pool heating requests must be made prior to your check-in, and it has to be for the entire length of your trip. The service will get pool and spa to around 88F. Spa and pool both function at the same temperature.

• Bult-in BBQ grill is available for the guests use free of charge. Propane must be provided by the guests, who must provide a propane replacement if the tank is over. The propane tank is available at the house.

• Pet Policy - We welcome up to 5 well-behaved small dogs under 30 lbs. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate dogs above 30 lbs or cats of any size. Note that there is an additional fee per dog per night. Please include the pets in your reservation for the proper booking pricing.

• This house includes access to the Encore Resort arcade, on-site restaurants, bar, and coffee shop. Please note: the resort waterpark access is not accessible.
