Cabin with sleeping loft in peaceful pecan orchard on Lake Chicot

The space is a two story renovated shotgun house. Located on the perimeter of Pecan Grove RV Park.

Downstairs is a kitchen, bath with shower, and living room.
Upstairs is open loft with two double beds, 2 twin beds and table/chair nook.

High speed Internet with large LG smart TV and WiFi.

Guests will have access to fishing pier, boat launch, fish cleaning station.

We service the cottage once a day bringing clean linens etc.

Lake Village is set on beautiful Lake Chicot. It is the largest natural lake in Arkansas over 27 miles long. Great for fishing and boating. We have Lakeport plantation nearby that does tours on the only plantation home on the river that was not burned during the civil war. We are centrally located to enjoy other museums such as the Japanese internment camp, the B.B. King Blues museum, Kermit the frog, Poverty Point and many others.

We do not have public transportation but many roads are four lane and traffic is light.
No smoking in cabin.
If you bring a grill to barbecue must be placed on grass at least 10 feet from cabin.
Quiet time after 10 pm.
