Les condos Put-in-Bay Waterfront sont le choix suprême en bord de mer pour votre escapade sur l’île du lac Érié. Avez-vous apprécié vos dernières vacances? Nous allons couronner le tout! Nous sommes près de chez nous en corps mais loin en esprit. À quelle fréquence pouvez-vous planifier un week-end de fête avec vos amis ou de petites vacances en famille sur une île entourée d'eau? Il n'y a pas d'autres locations sur Put-in-Bay avec une vue aussi impressionnante et étendue sur l'eau que vous pourrez vous détendre sur votre pont arrière. Cette belle unité réside sur certains des biens immobiliers les plus prestigieux du lac Érié. Il s'agit de la plus récente unité construite sur Put-In-Bay, ouverte en juillet 2016.

Cette unité de niveau supérieur dispose de quatre chambres à coucher, de deux salles de bain complètes, de deux grandes terrasses au bord du lac et peut accueillir jusqu'à dix personnes. Les clients peuvent accéder à l'appartement par le biais d'une serrure à code. Ceci est très pratique car les clés sont éliminées de l'équation. This property suited our "Gal Getaway" perfectly - Condo was very clean, 4 bedrooms that could sleep 3 in each room (2 in the master suite), 2 full bathrooms with a stacked washer and dryer in the upper bathroom, kitchen well stocked with all the necessities to cook, enjoy breakfast, etc. Open concept between living room and kitchen with a breakfast bar that sat 6! Beautiful views of lake Erie from both the upper and lower decks. Easy 1 mile walk into town to enjoy delicious food and drinks as well as shopping - very friendly islanders! The swimming pool was inviting with lounge chairs for many, tables with umbrellas and a bathroom. We enjoyed a few hours each day in the pool. Overall, I highly recommend Island Rentals, everyone was friendly, helpful, and took pride in their jobs and the condos. A great walking area - for a laid back, enjoyable get a way, I recommend Put in Bay oh and did I mention they have golf carts for those who would rather drive around town!

Beautiful view

Home was nice. View was outstanding, only negative was the cleanliness of the sheets and carpets in rooms. Stains were a little apparent but I’d come back.

Beautiful property

Stayed here with a group of friends as a part of a group of nearly 200 on the island for the opening weekend concerts by the Jai Baker 3 band at TJ’s smokehouse. Not only wa star property amazing, but the entire island was a giant party for 200 of my best friends. Amazing weekend. But back to the property, from overlooking the lake and watching wildlife from the two story deck each morning and even meeting the property owner to hanging with the island cigar king across the street at his shop, the entire experience was awesome. Highly recommend and we will be back!

It is large, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The kitchen is quite well equipped for cooking and the pool and grounds are maintained meticulously. Everything went smoothly regarding our check in and pickup of our golf cart rental. We were thoroughly satisfied with all aspects of our visit.

The property was up to par, but the neighbors were subpar. Was stuck between two parties (bach.) Overall happy with the rental as their obnoxious tenants wasn't their fault.

Liz, After the storm, the island did lose power temporarily. There is a full-time Ohio Edison staff member on the island during the summer and power was able to be restored within an hour, which we were grateful for. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is very nicely furnished and stocked, perfect for our group of 3 generations. The view was lovely, HOWEVER, the unit overlooks what appears to be a sewage outflow and the days we were there in July were hot and STINKY. So chokingly offensive smelling that we could not use the balconies at all, which was the whole point of paying extra for a lake view condo.

Hi Kelly, We appreciate the feedback. Since the decks are outdoors, the heat is expected on a 90 degree day but since the deck is covered, you are protected from the sun. As for the smell, we could not replicate that issue when we looked into that. In the future, don't hesitate to call the office if something is amiss. We have a full staff on the island that is ready to assist.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very comfortable with 9 people in one condo. Waterfront has great views, and have towels and linens provided. Need a golf cart but plenty of parking and a quick jaunt to anywhere on the island. Not sure how "rowdy" the pool area gets in summer, noone was there when we were there. Booking was a little obnoxious having to sign contracts and sifting through a bunch of emails, like your actually renting a place instead of just booking a hotel, then an app to download. Only thing you need to checkin is the door code. Process could be WAYYYY more streamlined, but once you're their everything is smooth and nice.
