Les condos Put-in-Bay Waterfront sont le premier choix d’hébergement en bord de mer pour votre escapade sur l’île du lac Érié. Aimez-vous visiter des sites historiques pendant vos vacances? Nous sommes près de chez nous en corps mais loin en esprit. À quelle fréquence pouvez-vous planifier un week-end de fête avec vos amis ou de petites vacances en famille sur une île entourée d'eau? Il n'y a pas d'autres locations sur Put-in-Bay avec une vue aussi impressionnante et étendue sur l'eau que vous pourrez vous détendre sur votre pont arrière. Cette belle unité réside sur certains des biens immobiliers les plus prestigieux du lac Érié. Il s'agit de la plus récente unité construite sur Put-In-Bay, ouverte en juillet 2016.

Cette unité de niveau supérieur a quatre chambres à coucher, deux salles de bain complètes, une grande terrasse au bord du lac et peut accueillir jusqu'à dix personnes. Les clients peuvent accéder à l'appartement par le biais d'une serrure à code. Ceci est très pratique car les clés sont éliminées de l'équation. La cuisine entièrement équipée est capable de satisfaire le cuisinier de votre groupe. Préparez un copieux petit-déjeuner ou un délicieux dîner tout en économisant de l'argent pendant vos vacances. Nice location and condo was clean and in good shape. It was 8 adults and we had enough room without having to step over each other. Location is a short trip from ferry drop-off and a 5 minute golf cart ride to downtown.

Lake Time is the Best Time!

Location! Location! Location! Couldn't be a better spot for Bash on the Bay. Spent the first half of concert days by the pool and then an easy walk to the concert venue. After that, out to listen to some local bands and grab a late night bite. Syaed around for the weekend and explored the island and hopped over to Kelleys as well. Great visit!

This is not a downtown accommodation and that's such a plus! The condo was clean and appointed as described. We did not need to do our own cleaning before feeling comfortable. The smoke alarms work- as we found out from preparind dinner (another plus to a condo over a hotel room!) The beds were comfortable. There's no need to be hesitant to sit on the living room furniture because this isn't the party scene, as they have a strict policy of what types of groups are on property. For that reason, the pool was clean and there was the opportunity for all guests to enjoy- families with small children included. Plan time to take advantage of the lake-side deck. With the lapping of the waves you can close your eyes and be in any waterfront destination! We will be back!

Fun, gorgeous, but a little loud

I'd recommend this place for mature adults, not families. The view is gorgeous, easily the best part. The facilities all worked well, were clean. I used oven, fridge, microwave, and shower. TV was cable only, a little confusing. Bring a citronella candle, couple decks of cards, and you'll be on the patio all night long. However, walls are paper thin and you will hear loud conversations from the neighbors. Mattresses are not rigid at all. Will likely return next year!

Good place, great views!

Pros: Great views from deck, not many guests so relatively quiet during week. Bathrooms and bed sheets were clean. Away from downtown, so definitely more quiet which we wanted. Cons: Some wear to walls, but did not inhibit experience. Patio doors were not clean. Could use a few more kitchen amenities like hot pads, foil, saran wrap etc. Our asks if we came back: Update prep guide PDF before your arrival, don't tell guests to bring things like hand soap when it's already provided, or the opposite, tell guests to bring foil if cooking if you don't plan to stock your kitchen. Overall it worked for us, just a couple small tweaks to improve the experience.

Reviewer Comments: Perfect size to spread out for large groups, the balcony view of the lake was beautiful, & taxi service was easy & reliable- highly recommend ‘Ricky Bobby’ for transportation.The condo exterior flooring could use some updating, tiles are cracked & slippery when wet; stairwells are dark at night. Our condo was full of cobwebs/spiders & I had to ask for a broom to clean the patio as it looked like it hadn’t been touched in quite some time. Overall, for the price, I was disappointed in cleanliness, but happy it could accommodate our large group.
