Pretty good accommodations

House was good a little older and warn but still nice area was quiet and easy to access central location. pool was nice located on the premises easily accessible.

Great Stay!

Fall Birthday Weekend

Great place for our group. 12 attended and we definitely had room for the max 16. We did have cell coverage issues to access the app for check-in but after a brief phone call to the office they helped us in. We needed more kitchen pans and casseroles but made due with what we could find. Rental company also very informative about ferries, golf carts and our contract during the Helene weather event. Thanks to all the staff! We will recommend and hopefully return in the future!

Great Family House

Stayed here with the whole family - oldest 84 and youngest 2. Perfect size/amount of bedrooms for young and old. Very convenient to rent a golf cart from them and not have to worry about drop off and pick up. Would have been nice to have a broom or vacuum in the rental to keep up with stuff.

The property was spacious , for the amount of beds …we had a little issue with only 2 bathrooms …but we made it work . The bathrooms need some updating and repairs ! The kitchen was great but there were no dishes to cook with …need casssorole dishes, strainer, baking pans etc

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice house with large island in kitchen and lots of bedrooms. The home sleeps a lot of people but there is only one fridge. They also needs additional items added to the kitchen. There was no strainer, there was no pot holders, dish towels or dish clothes. There was two larger bowls but one had a big crack at the bottom, so it was unusabe. It would be worth adding additional items to the kitchen.

Disappointing 2-Night Stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointed. House was operational, but pretty well beat up by previous guests. Couches were peeling from use, not enough plastic cups, no cutting boards, deep scratches in the walls that needed spackled, would have appreciated hand towels for kitchen & bathrooms, sheet sets were paper thin, carpet was dirty & stained. I contacted office for more paper towels & none were delivered. Appreciated having a washer & dryer. Mattresses seemed to be descent. Outdoor grill worked. Obtaining & returning golf cart was easy. We had a good time, in spite of this run-down cabin & the weather not cooperating.

Fun week with extended family - great to stay all together!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a group of 6 adults and 5 kids and really enjoyed our week at Put-in-Bay and at this property. Pros - * roomy kitchen with lots of storage and huge counter. Great for meal prep and group eating!* bedrooms fairly roomy and pillows and comforters provided as advertised * golf carts rented through property delivered very quickly upon arrival * quick response to maintenance call (burned out light in bathroom)* enough of a yard for kids to run around outside (off porch). Cons - * house smelled extremely strongly of marijuana having been smoked in the house upon arrival - it seems as though maintenance staff could have attempted to minimize smell prior to our arrival and there was no reaction/offer for any assistance/compensation when reported upon arrival * while most of house appeared clean at first glance, the floors were filthy (bottoms of our feet extremely dirty as soon as we walked on them barefoot) and there was a used cup behind one of the bedroom doors and a forgotten earring on a windowsill, giving the impression that it was not very thoroughly cleaned between occupants (and trash left in golf cart upon delivery). * the screen door did not fully close (known issue when reported to management), which was an issue given the mayflies Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come again, but would recommend a bit more attention to minor maintenance issues and cleaning/addressing the odor from previous occupant
