Welcome to your comfortable home away from home in beautiful Manistee! This spacious 3-bedroom retreat features air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, and two full bathrooms, making it perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends. An additional sunroom with a queen sleeper sofa provides extra sleeping space and added flexibility.

Enjoy two inviting outdoor living areas. Relax on the private backyard patio just outside the kitchen, complete with a table, chairs, and umbrella, or unwind on the spacious second-floor deck featuring a dining set, umbrella, and two reclining lounge chairs—perfect for morning coffee or an evening under the stars.

The home offers three comfortable queen bedrooms. One of the upstairs bedrooms is accessed through another bedroom, a charming feature common in many historic Manistee homes. This layout is ideal for families with children, making nighttime check-ins easy while still providing separate sleeping spaces. Guests who prefer additional privacy may choose the queen sleeper sofa in the sunroom instead.

This property really made you feel like you had a home in Manistee. The neighborhood was quiet and you were surrounded by beautiful old properties. Close to downtown and 1st Street beach, we walked to both without difficulty but the drive was easy too. There were numerous spots to sit and relax making this the perfect spot for everyone to have their own special place.

House was very nice and clean. Disappointed that the water and ice was not available in the refrigerator setting. Having to turn off the A/c window units during the day if you were not home was very frustrating and uncomfortable. Don’t plan on cooking in the house range top does not work very well. Old. Plenty of space and the bed were very comfortable. All said and done we had a very nice vacation and experience at the house and in manistee.

We stayed for one night. Everthing was as described. Our host was accommodating to our needs. We definitely plan to stay again when in the area. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a quiet area within walking distance to downtown.

Charming, spacious house with a lot of antique character, in a very quiet neighborhood. The responsive hosts thoughtfully supplied the house, and many of the furniture pieces were fascinating pieces of art. We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely consider returning.A couple of things to keep in mind - there were fans and window ACs in each bedroom (and the dining room downstairs) that cooled those rooms very well, but expect some humidity in the non-AC rooms on especially hot days. Also - bring some good slippers as this is a no shoes house. We were traveling with one elderly person who is quite active, but there are many steps and area rugs to watch out for. There is a step-in shower on the first floor that we all preferred. Overall - this lovely house was not just a place to sleep, but became an wonderful part of our experience staying in Manistee.

Clean spacious place

Very clean and charming house. Close to everything. We enjoyed our stay and the character of this house. Has all the kitchen items and dishes you need. The only thing we didn't know until we got there was you have to park on the street because the driveway has ledges on the sides so you can't open your doors. But that wasn't a problem. Thanks for a great stay!

Parking was limited to the street. The refrigerator water and ice was not connected but he brought us ice to cover us. There were no condiments in the refrigerator, some places have minimal condiments stored. Good location within walking distance of downtown. Overall great stay.
