House was even better than described. Perfect location for our bridal party before my daughter’s wedding. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing. Didn’t get a chance to use the outdoor barbecue area but it was really nice. Highly recommend!

The house layout was lovely. The pool was heated very nicely for chilly October weather. The host was very helpful and quick with responses. The hot tub was small for a house that fits a larger group. The down side that this house were preference issues verses a not nice house. There was barely anything in the kitchen, Keurig but no k cups and a tiny coffee pot with no filters so unless you know that ahead of time there’s no coffee option. Most rentals now have some paper products, this one had nothing. Also the shower in the master bathroom was tiny for a master bathroom. Definitely a lovely house for our fall family trip.

Great outdoor space and plenty of room inside as well. Clean. Not very well stocked in the kitchen- as far as cups and mugs- if you have more than five people you’ll have to share. Be prepared to bring everything- oil, salt and pepper, etc as nothing is provided. No kitchen towels. No pool towels. Good gym and home theater if you want to stay in.

Thank you Chester for your review! The pool closes annually 10/31 and reopens 05/01. We are just a few weeks away 😊. Our home is a guest favorite during the summer so hurry up and book.

House was very nice and clean. The couches were very comfortable and clean. I really loved how many extra towels the house provided as well.The hottub and pool were very nice and clean, they both did have a slow warm time, which is the only adjustment. The grill did not work at the start, and the host had it fixed the next day, which was very nice. It was a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Excellence house.

We loved everything about the house. Very nice little community with lots of sidewalks. Different stores and restaurants around as well. The beds in the house were phenomenal and now I want one. Lol. Would definitely recommend staying.

We stayed with another family and had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the hot tub (especially while watching it snow!) and the bunkroom was perfect. The adults spent our time in the downstairs TV room watching football, where there was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable.

The home was clean and the pool and grill area are beautiful! The house had some questionable electrical quirks but overall things worked. The house is not stocked well other than plates, bowls, silverware and pots and pans. There is no mixing bowl, very limited cooking utensils, and other kitchen items. Soaps and detergents were sparse. Communication was not great until the checkout day. Each message took several days to hear back. I asked well in advance if the owner would consider allowing us to cancel for a refund or even partial refund due to an unexpected military obligation for the guest we planned the trip for. She would not consider or even answer my request. We had to make the trip without this family member when we could have changed our plans to a different weekend and could have been together.

Nice Place

My friends and I stayed here as a jumping point to Dayton for a sporting event. Worked out well. Hot tub was even working! Will definitely come back if all things align again for the group.

Good house and amenities

House itself and amenities were good. House needed TLC. The lights in one room controlled the lights to the room next to it. Dishwasher might need repair because it ran for 10 minutes and shut off. Had to hand wash stuff. Pool was clean and great. Gym equipment was nice. Beds were comfortable and clean. House did smell like smoke. Not sure if previous renters smoked.

Very nice property. I personally don't like bi-level houses but this one was done very nicely! Very useable and functional space. The backyard is very beautiful and picturesque. Definitely something I wouldn't mind having at my own property.The only complaints, which weren't enough to downgrade the rating, was that the hot tub would not increase to 115 (only 105 but would actually stay around 95) and we couldn't use the outdoor grill. I'm not sure if there is a trick to getting it to light, but we were not able to. The electric lighter wasn't working and neither was manually trying to light it, even though there was propane. We just ended up using the indoor grill and oven to cook our meat.

We disconnect it from the power outlet and push the cord inside the grill area to protect it from the weather.
